Off the spacious entrance hall is the sitting room with leather sofas, color television, DVD player, CD player, with French doors opening out into the garden. Across the corridor is the dining room adjacent to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with gas hob and built in electric oven, fridge freezer and microwave with adjoining utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, back door leading to the garden. Private parking for two cars. There is central heating throughout with heated towel rails in all the bathrooms. Super fast Broadband is available for guests.

Swanpool Beach is just a 5 minute walk away from Tremorvah. Although Swanpool is close to the centre of Falmouth, with its restaurants, shops and leisure amenities, the beach itself is remarkably unspoilt, with a real sense of peace and old-fashioned seaside charm . It is a predominantly sandy with some rocks...great for rock pooling! Elemental Watersports Centre with equipment hire and tuition, crazy golf, Indaba Fish Restaurant set into the hillside with wonderful sea views. Next to the beach is the nature reserve at Swanpool Lake, a popular spot for bird watchers.

We do accept dogs but do not allow smoking on the property Outside: The elevated garden is at the back of the house with patio furniture. Utility Room: Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, Ironing board & iron with a door leading into the garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels provided. The property is thoroughly cleaned and bed linen and towels changed weekly.
