About the Owner

We have lived and work in Mougins since 2002 and love the area. We are so central to both Mougins and Valbonne villages - less than 5 minutes by car. We have 3 kids (19, 16 and 10) and they truly adore the location. The garden has lots of areas for kids to explore but also provides plenty of space for the adults to sit, relax and enjoy that glass of rosé! The pool house with summer kitchen and heated pool will probably be a central focus during your stay. If you like the outdoors then why not venture just outside the gate! We are in a closed, secure domain of some 200 hectares, where you find plenty of forests to explore by foot or bike. Or drop in to the restaurant located at a very prestigious equestrian centre, also in the domain and only a 10 minute stroll away.

Lovely villa in tranquil setting

We had a lovely week with all our family ten of us including the grandchildren We all the loved the generous amount of space the lovely pool and outdoor eating facility The garden and pétanque were much enjoyed and everybody slept well in the quiet and peaceful location including the very efficient air conditioning

However we felt there should have been enough sun loungers for everyone not just five and would have liked some more luxurious towels as a lot of them were old and thin We also surprised to find the maid and gardener swimming in the pool when we returned from shopping

Overall we had a great week in a lovely villa

Great location, central to all tourist attractions of the region.

Property was large and inviting with great outdoor area. The house was very clean and the host very friendly. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was great.

A few changes would make this the perfect holiday stay.....better pillows, a bedside table on each side of the bed and the beds were VERY soft.....but the rest of the house was fantastic.

- super helpful check-in first day

the house is very welcoming, spacious and a very relaxing space - the outdoor gas bbq worked perfectly in the outdoor kitchen and there was plenty of fridge spaces in the hot weather, the pool is perfect and the location lovely and quiet.

Less than 5 minutes to Mougins or Valbonne villages. Antibes and Cannes are only a 10-15 minute drive away or St. Tropez 45 minutes!

Further Details:

There are two restaurants within a 5 minutes walk or another 5 restaurants and bakery about a 10 minute stroll. Less than 5 minutes by car you will find all other amenities including banks, supermarkets, etc.
