Luxurious Villa - Sought after Area of Javea 5min Arenal Beach

This luxurious villa is located in a sought-after area of Javea, a very popular resort for families with children. Sleeps 10 people, It is set on two levels, which can cater for smaller groups. The villa is ideally located being only 5 minutes drive from the sandy Arenal beach with its lovely promenade and restaurants. The villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has superb living room.

Please Note: Children Safety. The pool area is fully enclosed with a lockable gate. The swimming is not heated, it doesn't need to be in June/July/August when this period is comfortable for swimming.

The Layout of the Villa.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms..

Master bedroom super king-size bed with on-suite shower/toilet.
Double bed with shower/toilet.
Twin beds with shower/toilet.
Main kitchen which is central with an island.
To the rear of the kitchen there is the utility area, with washing machine/tumble dryer leading to the garden and swimming pool.

Frist floor: there are two bedrooms super king-size bed and a king -size bed, both bedrooms share the bathroom with a bath and toilet which is between the bedrooms. Central to the first floor is the salon and the other side of the salon is kitchen number two with washing machine dishwasher etc. then to the front of the salon is the Naya with seating area, dinning table, bookcase, football table.

All five bedrooms have air-con and also the salon.

Better than expected

We had the most amazing stay at this villa-2 weeks wasn’t long enough! We are a family of 8 with three under 5yrs, 12 yr old, 18 and 20 yr olds. We all had the best holiday, the outside space with shower, toilet and kitchen was perfect for king days by the pool. we hired a runaround and explored Javea, Moraira, Benidorm and Denia. House clean and comfortable and homely. So many places to eat ‘in’ -bbq provided which we used lots. Living area with huge sofas great for relaxing with our older children and everything you need. Nicky was so helpful. We found some amazing restaurants locally … desperate to come back soon .

Perfect family / adult holiday

This is the second time we have stayed at this fabulous villa . Ian was and is a fabulous host , really this man couldn’t do enough for you . The villa accommodates for every age range . We visited with a family age range from 9 to 73. I will no doubt be booking another family holiday very soon .

Great for young kids

We had a fabulous stay at Ian’s place, as a group of 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. Plenty of space for the children to run around, and the pool area was secure so that we could lock it when no adults were around. The pool got deep quite quickly, so they needed to be supervised carefully there, but they had lots of life vests and some arm bands and rubber rings, as well as two lilos. The trampoline was an unexpected bonus, the two 3-year olds loved it! Lots of different eating and sitting areas for different times of day, plus a great bbq and very well stocked kitchen areas inside and out. Great having air con in all the bedrooms. Ian was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay, and generally the place exceeded our expectations. Short drive to the beach and old town, we had a lovely meal in La Rebotica which we’d recommend!

I've lived in Javea since 2006, with my wife and two children who go to school here. My wife and I have been coming to Javea for the last 18 years.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy in this area because it is only a few minutes from the Arenal beach Javea. and we have the huge benefit of enjoying the surroundings of our home.
