Master bedroom with double bath (shower and bathtub). Walk in showers in all. Open space kitchen & living room is nearly 120 sqm. Large sliding glass doors open up to garden and pool. 3-4 car garage, cinema room, wine cellar. House is situated in a closed in community with 24 hour security. About 400 meters away in community there are tennis and paddle courts and children´s activities in the mornings in the summer. Location is very convenient, 3-5 minutes by car to the beach and Puerto Banus, a taxi stop is close by the house and there are restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops within a 2 minute walk. House has been designed for a nature loving family with teenage children, and there is a pool table, a boxing sack, and a cinema room in the basement. Garden has fruit trees and an ecological vegetable garden. There is a recently constructed outdoor kitchen complete with barbecues and pizza oven. There is also an oriental garden.
