Villa Franka is situated in the part of Brela called Šcit. The house was built this year and has a unique position. The view from the house reveals the islands of Brac and Hvar. You can watch the sunset from each balcony. In Brela you can swim and sunbathe on the beach Punta Rata that the American magazine Forbes ranked among the ten most beautiful beaches in the world in 2004. In addition, you can also hike and explore the beauty of the Biokovo Nature Park. Hidden in the midst of the Biokovo mountain range, you can visit one of the oldest buildings in this area, the church of St. Nicholas, which probably dates back to the 13th century. Brela offers many other natural beauties, which can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The whole village is scattered with beaches and bays as are rarely found anywhere in the world.
we live in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, but Brela is the place we come from. I work for a internationally reknown German company, my husband is a physician. We have 4 children.
Bozana Sosic purchased this apartment in 2013
We have been planning to build this house for a long time and finally managed it in the last two years.
A mosaic of scents, sounds and a breathtaking view makes you wish to stay here forever.
It is quiet here but never boring.
