Although located right in the busy town center, this flat enjoy a very quiet and peaceful environment. You can do everything by a short walk (restaurants, lake, shopping, train station ...). It is managed directly by the owners who will be there to welcome you.

To confirm the booking we need a pre-payment of 50% and the remaining balance will have to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. Security deposit (refundable at the end of the stay): 600 €. It can be paid in your local money.

Changeover Day:
Check-in: starting 17:00, Check-out: before 11:00. To receive the keys you simply communicate your expected arrival time and we (owner) will arrange the pick up directly.


Notes on prices:
Linen & cleaning are included during the hot season.

Very convenient, comfortable flat for two of us.

This flat is superbly placed just next to the old town and within easy walking of the lake, railway station and the rest of Annecy. The owner met us nearby and the hand-over was smooth and well-organised. It was great for two of us but would have been a squash for four.

The flat itself was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed, though we ate out in the many restaurants available each evening. We didn't have a car so can't comment on parking.

Annecy is a lovely town with interesting architecture, shops and churches. Lake Annecy has an excellent cycle track along its western shore and hiring bikes was easy and good-value. We walked along the other shore and caught the bus back into town.

Great little apartment ideally situated in the centre of town. Very clean and well appointed, more than adequate for a short stay. We had a small problem with the hot water but the owners came to look at it immediately.

The local markets are a few seconds walk as is the old town, the lake is 10 minutes away.

Great base for exploring being situated at the bottom of the Alps, Geneva is 45 minutes drive and Chamonix around 90 minutes away.

The owners were very helpful and being local had all the information you could ever need.

We would recommend the apartment and look forward to possibly returning in the summer!
