This is a beautifully maintained apartment with one bedroom with single beds, bathroom, spacious kitchen and lounge area, air con, flat-screen TV, internet and also a bed-settee. There are sliding patio doors opening onto the palatial terrace with barbecue and which boasts wonderful views over a wooded vale to the sea, and in other directions over the Oasis with a majestic background of soaring mountains and an air of utter tranquillity. Laze in the sun or dine al fresco in this perfect setting.

Why Jennifer Forman chose Nerja area

We bought into the property at the start of 2013 having visited a couple of times previously. We absolutely love its location, the pools and the hours of sun on the terrace. We spend every summer here plus the occasional visit in April or May for the San Isidro festival!

What makes this apartment unique

The Oasis de Capistrano is one of the most sought after residential areas in Nerja. It is beautifully well looked after with luscious gardens. We adore it! There are two main pools with a splash pool for children. You can easily go for a dip in the pool, then come back to your apartment and take in the rays on the terrace.

The terrace has fabulous views over the Oasis and as it's south facing, there are hours of sunshine right up to 7pm at night. It has one of the best terraces in the whole urbanisation!

We love sitting there with a glass of white wine, nibbling on some manchego and olives...

Notes on accommodation: Air conditioning/heating with sensor units, bookcase, flat-screen TV with 104 channels, wi-fi, TV unit/drawers, dining table/chairs and beach parasol. New terrace table, chairs, umbrella, storage box and sun loungers. The terrace is one of the best in the Oasis urbanisation with many hours of sunshine. Outside: The Oasis of Capistrano is the most sought after suburban area of Nerja set in palm-fringed and meticulously maintained gardens and amenities in a valley of unspoilt beauty and serenity. In the heart of the Oasis is a bar serving light snacks on the terrace beside the large pool, beyond which there is a smaller children’s pool. There is an additional pool about a minute’s walk from the apartment at 5a Las Palmas. The apartment also has an outside table; four chairs; sun loungers and umbrella beside the barbecue. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for guests and the property is cleaned before and after every let. Should you wish to have your towels and linen changed during your stay, please let us know and we can arrange this for 35 euros.

Super location to spend a holiday.

Great villa in a quiet area with fabulous views across olive groves to the sea. Clean, bright and airy with a wonderful terrace for soaking up the sun. Local bus just two minutes walk away makes it easy to get into town. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment, superb terrace!

We had a 5 night stay in January in this very nice apartment with all 'mod cons'. Would definitely recommend. Jen was very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic holiday in beautiful Nerja

Fantastic holiday in beautiful Nerja in a beautiful apartment set in a stunning location . Beautiful flowers and well maintained gardens surround the apartments and a nice selection of pools . Peaceful and yet still within walking distance of the beach and bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes drive into the stunning Sierra Aljamar mountain range a great place for walking, mountain biking or just a picnic in the barbecue area. The centre of Nerja is 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk with a amazing selection of bars and restaurants. A visit to Frigil Iana is a must a beautiful white washed village in the mountains with a great atmosphere especially on market day and again great restaurants and bars. There is a diving centre on burriana beach and the diving is fantastic and the people who run it are fantastic. The views from the apartment are beautiful and it as a great balcony with sun all day perfect for relaxing and eating breakfast lunch or tea with a great built in barbecue grill .....all in all a fantastic place to stay and plenty of things to do.

Beautiful apartment in stunning grounds

This apartment is truly stunning with a fantastic balcony with superb views. There is a choice of 2 beautiful swimming pools a few metres away and the grounds surrounding the apartment are kept in immaculate condition.

Fabulous apartment in a beautifully maintained complex...pure relaxation!

Having read previous reviews of this property and having seen the pictures we were pretty sure that this apartment would be a good little find, however our expectations were actually far surpassed with the owners doing absolutely everything to ensure that we enjoyed our stay there. They really have thought of everything; from the cushions for the sunbeds and chairs on the balcony to the shopping trolley which made getting those bottles of water and shopping from the car to the apartment so much easier! The view from the balcony is beautiful and the complex is very quiet....my daughter and I enjoyed many hours reading on the balcony. There is even a sturdy parasol to give you shade when you need it as well as a built in barbecue which we made use of.

The Oasis is set in gardens which are very well maintained. There are 3 pools and although we only used the main one, the other two (smaller) ones also looked lovely and are perfect for families with small children. The main pool is a good size, easily big enough to have a proper swim in and great for lounging and sunbathing around.

We enjoyed going into Nerja on most nights as the centre is only a 5 minute drive away and were very grateful to the owners who had left a carefully compiled information booklet with restaurant recommendations in it and other tips. The nearby village of Frigiliana is another must; we were lucky enough to be there for the Fiesta at the end of August where we saw an amazing fireworks display. I really can't recommend this lovely apartment enough; thank you so much Jen for making everything so easy!

Relaxing oasis in the sun.

We recently spent 12 wonderful days at the apartment. Our intention was to hire a car and travel around the area but the apartment was so relaxing with the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and gardens with the sea view,(fantastic at any time of day but especially to start and finish the day) it was very hard to move very far .

Hence a relaxing time in the lovely weather was had to both our benefits with many visits into lovely nerja to visit the numerous restaurants and bars and to enjoy the friendly atmosphere around the town .

Beaches and convenient supermarkets also very close at hand .

Jen made the whole booking process a pleasure and helped with any queries that made our holiday more informed and enjoyable.

Very much hope to return very soon.
