Apartment in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, Canary Islands - Easy Walking Distance To Old Town And Harbour

Puerto Del Carmen: One of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, beach etc, but it is set far enough back to be quiet. Because of this, car hire is not necessary unless, of course, you wish to explore this lovely Island. There are washing machine and tumble dryer facilities on the complex. There is free wi-fi and flat screen TV with English channels. 3 seater settee, two easy chairs, table and chairs. A Queen size bed, with lockers either side and wardrobe. Outside is a South facing balcony, with table and chairs and pull out awning for shade. There is a tennis court next to the complex. Lanzarote: Approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.

A lovely well maintained complex, which was very quiet. Shops, bars, restaurants were close by and, therefore, we didn't need to go to the expense of hiring a car.



The apartment was lovely and clean and nicely furnished. We particularly liked the large patio, with shaded awning feature. We will definitely book later in the year.

We have rented this apartment a few times and it is ideally located for both the Old and New parts of Puerto Del Carmen. We have always been welcomed by Julie and Co. who have made our stay trouble free and pleasurable. Lovely and clean apartment with everything you need for your stay, set in well maintained gardens. The balcony is large and catches the sun most of the day. It is close to the supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. I am sure we will book again in the future.

Coast/Beach:

The long sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen are only 10 minutes walk away.

The main Avenida of Puerto Del Carmen runs for some 6 kilometres with all its shops, bars and restaurants which are adjacent to the beaches.

Travel:

Arrecife airport is 15 minutes drive. If you wish to hire a car, we can help with that. Please remember to bring your driving licence with you.

Further Details:

Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote and can be found 15 minutes from Arrecife Airport. It has a six kilometre sea front, with long sandy beaches. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants cater for all types of cuisine - from the local Spanish food (which is a must to try), to Chinese, Japanese, Tai, Indian, Italian and not forgetting, of course, English food. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. There is also a shopping centre where you can buy leather handbags, perfumes, designer clothes, shoes etc. Rancho Texas Theme Park is close by. By day there are birds of prey, sea lions and parrot shows and by night there is an all inclusive Country and Western night where you can eat and drink as much as you like.

Notes on accommodation: There are washing machine/tumble dryer facilities on the complex. Outside: There is a very spacious balcony, where there are sun cushions to lye on, table, 2 reclining chairs and a nice view to the sea. There is a 'wind-out' awning, creating shade, if necessary. This is an extremely well maintained complex, with pretty gardens surrounding it. Utility Room: There is a utility room for your use on the complex, with washing machines and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen All bed linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. If you are staying more than one week, bedding, towels, and beach towels will be changed. Also included is a light clean.

Lanzarote Stay

A lovely clean well maintained spacious apartment in an ideal location for both the old & new town. It has all the facilities you could wish for in a self catering apartment & truly feels like home from home. The large sunny south facing balcony is fantastic (you can even see the sea) with the advantage of a canopy should you want some shade.

I would highly recommend a stay in this accommodation.
