About this property

A beautiful 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that was fully renovated in 2013. The house is situated on one of the many narrow lanes in the heart of Kalkan Old Town where bougainvillea frame the many balconies. The picturesque harbour and beach are approximately 200 metres from the house, no more than a two minutes stroll away. The house comfortably accommodates eight people. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is air conditioning and each of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and safes. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room. There is a sunny courtyard accessed from the kitchen, 2 Roof Terraces complete with a plunge pool, outdoor kitchen area & barbecue provide plenty of space for sunbathing or dining. Kalkan curls snugly around an ancient harbour sheltered by the foot of the towering Taurus mountains. Narrow streets twist down to the harbour through the historic town.

Excellent location, beautiful large property with great amenities!

A really great property, huge spaces and great location and views from the roofs. The welcome pack was a lovely touch especially as we arrived very late at night. Provision of towels for the beach also great and cut down on our packing! The internal stairs are quite steep, the 6 year old with us coped fine but those with younger children should be aware its something to consider. Definitely will stay again!

Fantastic house in central location

From my initial enquiry to leaving after my holiday , Emma was great with dealing with any questions . The house itself is literally 60 seconds walk to all the amazing restaurants in Kalkan town . The photos don’t do it justice . It’s very spacious and surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in centre of town . The roof terrace is very big and ideal for sunbathing . I would not hesitate to stay in this property again , I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to return !

Great house great location

Eski koy evi is a real gem in the heart of the old town. The house is tastefully decorated throughout, well equipped and provides very generous accommodation for a large group. On our arrival there was a small selection of breakfast items which saved us a shopping trip after a long drive. The upper terrace and plunge pool are the real highlight, where we spent most of our evenings sipping wine and watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely return!

Great house, great location

A fantastic town house in the old town. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, beachfront but in a quiet backstreet location. The property was perfect for our family and tastefully decorated throughout. The highlight was the roof terrace and plunge pool. Perfect spot for sundowners! We will definitely be back!

Perfect house in perfect location

We absolutely LOVED staying at Eski Koy Evi! The house met all our needs and more. It's in a wonderful easy location close to all Kalkan has to offer but tucked away in a quiet little street. We were really looked after and nothing was too much trouble for the owners and Zeki who looked after us whilst we were there. Couldn't recommend this house enough! Thank you! Can't wait to return!
