Recently upgraded 2 bed self catering apartment within easy walking distance of Dover Beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and ATMs/banks. One bus from the adjacent Maxwell Main Rd will take you to Oistin's fish market or Bridgetown in the opposite direction. There is also a cinema complex within 5 minutes drive.

We have also arranged discounts and deal for our guests with Express Rent a Car and various restaurants nearby.

Why Michael Aimey chose Christ Church

It is fully fitted out with AC, wifi,cable TV with sports and movie channels and the beach is only 6 minutes walk away. Shops, restaurants, atm ect are also within 3-10 minutes walk.

What makes this apartment unique

Close to transport links, taxi rank and the Gap. Also close to the facilities St Lawrence Gap.

We truly enjoyed staying at this place. Great host and perfectly located, close to beaches and different transportation options. Very spacious and clean and nice and quiet surroundings yet not far from where the action is!

Nice priced apartment near the gap and close to public transportation. Clean, high speed wireless, flat screen tv and an air-conditioned bedroom.

We were very pleased with our holiday on the beautiful island. Excellent location, just a three minute walk to public transport at either end of the island. Near beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, as well as the 15-minute walk to the rave nightlife, at the same time, the place is quiet. Very friendly hosts, special thanks to Audrey, which was always there. Dog owners Hensel was very friendly, loved to walk with us on the beach and was a great friend and a security guard, we will miss him. The House was everything necessary for life, the rooms spacious enough, isolated. Recommend this apartment to stay, excellent value for money.

The property is very clean and well maintained!

We had a very nice time. The beaches are close by and the property is right on the main road for easy travel. It is a bit noisy due to the traffic. Hot water for showers was intermittent. Walking distance to the St. Lawrence Gap which is a beautiful spot to hang out and go for dinner. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

lovely central self contained accomadition

Family run, very helpful, central very safe location,1 min to busstop, across the road from Dover beach.

Small charge for washing machine. Everything you for self contained accomadition, Wifi included.

Booked for my mum and her friend for just under a month, but spent days/evenings visiting whilst staying elsewhere, as was so central.

Would defiantly stay here and have recommended to various friends visiting Barbados.

Book you won't be disappointed.

I loved Balcony Rock so much I came back!!

"Balcony Rock is excellent. Audrey is the best hostess you could find, nothing is too much trouble.

I have stayed in Apartment 4 twice before, although on my next trip I will be staying next door in Apartment 5. No doubt I will love it as much as no 4.

The Apartments are well equipped with everything I need including WI FI and cable TV. I also found the bed extremely comfortable.

There is a gas station approximately 5 minutes along the main road where you can find basics but there are also 3 good sized supermarkets a short bus trip along the main road if you need anything more.

The apartments are in a great location with the bus stop less than a minute away and are only $2BBD with the beach approximately a 15 minute walk in the other direction.

I have liaised with Michael for the booking and he is just fabulous and responds to any enquiry very quickly and gives great customer service.

I look forward to staying at Balcony Rock again in the future if they will have me!

I am unable to fault the service I have received from either Audrey or Michael and would highly recommend them."

Great relaxing stay

We booked Balcony rock apartments and stayed in apartment no4

We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a great 3 weeks holliday we shall be going back again as we had such a good holliday. Both bedrooms have aircon so cool at night and great value for money.

Audery & Richard are the oweners and mike does all the bookings and nothing is too much trouble always willing to help if needed its so easy to get around as bus stops at the end of the road its about a 5 minute walk to Dover beach which is the nearest one to walk but with the bus stopping outside for 2bds you can get to any beach.Once again thanks for a great holliday we will be back SOON.

They kindly agreed to book one night in the adjoining apartment as their preferred one was booked for the first day of their planned holiday. Notes on accommodation: The owners live and work next door to the property so are generally available to help with any queries you may have. Outside: The property is set in the centre of it own grounds with a lush rear garden populated by mature tropical trees, fruit trees and shrubs. There is a large garden to the side of the property which is partly paved and partly laid to lawn. At the front there is space for parking your car and an area to dry clothes tucked away at the other side. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included. These are cleaned once a week or more frequently by arrangement. Other: There is a sheltered balcony with a couple of chairs outside the apartment. And a garden surrounding the property.
