In an elevated setting on a hillside farm and surrounded by stunning scenery across Sabden Valley towards Pendle Hill in the beautiful Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Approached along a farm track, The Boskins dates back to the 1700s and has been converted to offer a charming cottage, retaining original feature beams, underfloor heating, a wood burning stove for cooler days and complemented with contemporary furnishings of a very good standard, it is the perfect getaway at any time. The private patio is ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet or al fresco dining and there is a traditional wood-fired hot tub for those relaxing moments. The sheep and lambs in the spring graze the fields with walks directly from the cottage across countryside and woodland. The area offers plenty of opportunity for enjoyment such as walking and cycling, Pendle Ski club dry slopes and the challenge of Pendle Hill is just a few minutes away.

Fantastic

We had a great time in this cottage. It was clean and well kept and we had no hassle what so ever. We all loved the isolation and the walking around the area. The hot tub was fantastic. Highly recommended.
