Godrevy View is a beautiful 2 bedroomed property situated only 10 minutes walk away from St Ives' main attractions and beaches. The property boasts an open plan living area (23 foot long) with vauted ceilings and double doors opening out onto a decked balcony - seating includes an oversized, mid-century styled sofa and gorgeous arm chairs. The dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 and the kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) have doors leading out onto a balcony and a newly landscaped garden with with gorgeous sea views - perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a pre dinner drink.

We arrived to a stylishly decorated, clean and fresh house in a great location with an all important clean and safe garden for our dogs, which gave us peace of mind to totally relax.

Clean comfortable great views

We recently stayed at Godrevy View for our 40th wedding anniversary with our best friends. We met whilst working in cornwall and have returned many times. I can honestly say it is the best place we have ever stayed. It was clean , modern , great decor, beds and seating very comfortable kitchen was well equipped. Power shower great also lots of books and dvds if weather not good. Fortunately we had great weather so was able to visit lots of our favourite places . Neil was very kind and helpful, can definitely recommend Godrevy View for a lovely stay in st ives.

Definitely recommend it

We had a great time in Godrevy View.

We are a family with 18 year old twins and a small dog. The garden is completely closed off, so it was even safe for her. The house is modern, clean and feels homely. Even when the weather wasn't nice, the choice of DVD's and cookbooks kept us entertained (we ended up watching the whole first season of Breaking Bad;).

In terms of location, this house really is ideal. You can easily and quickly get to the beach, shops and lovely bakeries to get some scones.

We definitely recommend staying in St. Ives, because it is a beautiful town, and it's really worth doing so at Godrevy View.

Beautiful Place, Great Location. Loved it.

The Cottage was modern and very clean. Local Transport was convenient either by Bus or Taxis. Close to the town centre and local supermarket. Really enjoyed it, would definately recommend it to others and hopefully come back soon. Thank you

Lovely home with sea view

Great property, Great location!

The property is very well furnished and equipped and felt like home as soon as we arrived. The garden has been very thoughtfully designed and is great for everyone, including man's best friend! Brilliant

I can't rave about this little hidden gem enough. The property is spotless with everything you could wish for. Beautifully furnished and decorated . The pictures don't do it justice.All the little extras left out for us, milk coffee biscuits etc were really appreciated. The house is in an ideal spot, central but out of the way enough to be peaceful. A ten min stroll into the centre of St Ives and convenient for beaches etc. Booking was simple and straightforward and Neil the owner could not of been more helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in St Ives this is it!! I would deffinatly recommend.

A 20% deposit is due when booking Godrevy View and the balance is due six weeks prior to arrival - all paid via bank transfer. A £200 security deposit will also be required when the full balance is paid and will be returned immediately after departure, as long as no damage has been incurred.
