Godrevy View is a beautiful 2 bedroomed property situated only 10 minutes walk away from St Ives' main attractions and beaches. The property boasts an open plan living area (23 foot long) with vauted ceilings and double doors opening out onto a decked balcony - seating includes an oversized, mid-century styled sofa and gorgeous arm chairs. The dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 and the kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) have doors leading out onto a balcony and a newly landscaped garden with with gorgeous sea views - perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a pre dinner drink.

We arrived to a stylishly decorated, clean and fresh house in a great location with an all important clean and safe garden for our dogs, which gave us peace of mind to totally relax.

Lovely and bright accommodation - a perfect base

The accommodation offers everything you'd want to ensure a hassle-free stay. Even milk in the fridge on arrival for a brew after a long drive. It was bright and airy, but most importantly, a relaxing place to chill. A 10 minute walk to St Ives was no problem at all. We'd love to go back.

Great place to stay

Great accomodation situated just outside the centre of St Ives. Easy and straight forward booking process and the owners shared some great tips and hints for dog friendly pubs and places to eat. We have suggested to friends and family and will be looking to book ourselves again. Everything you need is provided included a nice tea and coffee welcome pack.

Clean comfortable great views

We recently stayed at Godrevy View for our 40th wedding anniversary with our best friends. We met whilst working in cornwall and have returned many times. I can honestly say it is the best place we have ever stayed. It was clean , modern , great decor, beds and seating very comfortable kitchen was well equipped. Power shower great also lots of books and dvds if weather not good. Fortunately we had great weather so was able to visit lots of our favourite places . Neil was very kind and helpful, can definitely recommend Godrevy View for a lovely stay in st ives.

Definitely recommend it

We had a great time in Godrevy View.

We are a family with 18 year old twins and a small dog. The garden is completely closed off, so it was even safe for her. The house is modern, clean and feels homely. Even when the weather wasn't nice, the choice of DVD's and cookbooks kept us entertained (we ended up watching the whole first season of Breaking Bad;).

In terms of location, this house really is ideal. You can easily and quickly get to the beach, shops and lovely bakeries to get some scones.

We definitely recommend staying in St. Ives, because it is a beautiful town, and it's really worth doing so at Godrevy View.

Beautiful Place, Great Location. Loved it.

The Cottage was modern and very clean. Local Transport was convenient either by Bus or Taxis. Close to the town centre and local supermarket. Really enjoyed it, would definately recommend it to others and hopefully come back soon. Thank you

Lovely home with sea view

A 20% deposit is due when booking Godrevy View and the balance is due six weeks prior to arrival - all paid via bank transfer. A £200 security deposit will also be required when the full balance is paid and will be returned immediately after departure, as long as no damage has been incurred.

Changeover day is Friday although we can be flexible out of peak season.
