The apartment has two bedrooms, 1 x double bed & 2 x single beds, 1 bathroom, lounge/dining and air conditioning, private terrace with table & chairs, oriented to the South, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all electric. Nice apartment to enjoy Nerja. Access to the beach without everything on foot. Distance to the Balcon de Europa 5mins walk.

About Ann

We are an Irish family who bought this property in 2006. We travel to Nerja frequently to holiday in our lovely, quiet apartment, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Nerja.

Why Ann chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

We bought this property because Nerja is a beautiful, unspoiled area of Spain, away from the busy resorts yet still a unique and lively area on the coast. Nerja really has everything to offer all types of holiday makers and makes for a pleasurable, relaxed holiday experience.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning is provided throughout the apartment. As of May 2015 we are pleased to able to provide internet access to our guests. Internet rates will be on a pay as you go per hour/day/weekly/monthly basis. Outside: Secure, private terrace/patio area with access off living room and main bedroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The housekeepers will clean before you arrive and when you leave. Bed linen is included together with hand & bath towels. If your stay is longer than a week, fresh bed linen and towels are available on request (in advance).

Perfect location, Clean, Neat and Great size.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Its a 3 minute walk away from the main town area, but yet still is in a quite area. It is very spacious and is perfect size. Has great facilities. Everything is at your door step! Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

A 25% deposit, non refundable, is required when booking your holiday. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before you travel. If you are taking a late booking the full amount is payable when you book.
100Euro breakage deposit is also required, which will be refunded on return.

For stays longer than 2 weeks there could possibly be a discount, please ask for details.

Changeover Day:
Normally changeover day is Saturday but we are very flexible and can normally fit in with your requirements and flight availability. Under normal circumstances, entry is not before 4pm and we ask that you vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the apartment per week in EURO. We can offer special discounts for repeat bookings and winter rentals of one month or more subject to availability. For stays longer than 2 weeks throughout the year there could possibly be a discount available, please ask for details.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
