Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Sun all day on balcony. Central for beach and shops which are 5mins walk away. Been going to this complex for 10yrs and thoroughly recommend a holiday here.

Relaxing peaceful complex

This is our second stay at this apartment in las Jazmines apartment complex. Again we had a lovely holiday - the apartment is home from home with everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. We had small problem with toaster and hairdryer while there and this was rectified immediately. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious - the pool area is stunning. The complex is quiet and not for those looking for a lively holiday. We love this complex as it is a great base - San Pedro village and beach only a few minutes walk and also you have the resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella within easy reach. We would recommend using the local bus service as it is very regular and reasonably priced and can bring you to many resorts up and down the coast.

Great location, super spacious

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was absolutely fantastic - so spacious, comfortable and well kitted out. Shops, restaurants and beach all within 5-10 minutes walk. Our 3 kids loved the pool and were in it every day - and, even though it was only March, there was a lifeguard there every day. It was great to have the WiFi in the apartment which saved massively on roaming charges - and the TV/movie box was amazing!

Easter processions in San Pedro were incredible to watch - if you get the chance to visit at Easter, don't miss them!

A spacious, homey and spotless apartment made our stay extremely comfortable. Perfectly located a stone´s throw away from the Mediterranean Sea and the San Pedro boulevard and town centre.

Excellent apartment

The photos for this apartment do not do it justice - it is much, much bigger in reality! We booked it for a group of 6 and there was more than enough space for everyone. It is stocked with extra supplies, more than we needed. The owner was just a pleasure to deal with. The location of this apartment is just perfect - 5 minutes in one direction an there are the pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. 5 minutes in the opposite direction is the beach. Would highly recommend it for families and for couples/ group of people.

Fantastic Apartment

Stayed in this apartment for one week & as we were 2 family's with 2 small babies this apartment was just ideal. It was so spacious and spotlessly clean had everything we needed. Wifi & Sky being a huge added bonus. The pool area was beautiful never a shortage of sunbeds at anytime of the day. Lovely location only a 5 min walk to the new boulevard. Perfect location for family's and definitely hope to return in the future to stay here again. 😀

Location

From the Owner

We wanted to buy a holiday destination in the sun that was easily accessible from our local airport. We holidayed in San Pedro in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the area. At that time the Loz Jazmines complex was in its very initial stages so luckily we were able to buy exactly what we wanted from plans. We purchased the largest 3 bedroom south-western facing apartment in the complex as we wanted all day sunshine on our balcony and we were the first to occupy our apartment in 2006 and we have loved every minute of our time there.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is just minutes walk to the extensive new boulevard which has just opened in San Pedro. The boulevard covers an area of 55,000 square meters and consists of a 300 meter raised footbridge, many different designs of water features, 6 fabulous children’s playgrounds as well as an open air theatre that seats 800, an artificial ice skating ring and 3 bars/restaurants with terraces. It is also a 5 min walk to the beach and promenade with its many bars, restaurants and water sports.

Travel:

Malaga is the nearest airport and the approx. driving time is 45 mins. Very good local bus service to Marbella town and all local towns & cities. To explore the area car hire is recommended but not necessary as the local bus service is very reliable and comprehensive.

Distances:

The apartment is 5 mins walk from the old charming town of San Pedro with its many local shops and gourmet restaurants, in fact San Pedro is fast gaining a reputation for being the "gourmet capital" of the Costa del Sol with many new and very good restaurants opening on a regular basis. Porto Banus with its many fine shops, bars and restaurants is 2kms away, 10 mins by car and a 20 mins walk beach-side. Marbella is approx. 5kms away by car and the famous La Canada Shopping Centre.

Further Details:

Numerous supermarkets, banks, tourist office, coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, restaurants and shops are available in San Pedro. Waterparks, Selwo Animal & Marine Parks and Tivoli World are all approx. 20 mins by car. The Nuevo Alcantara Padel & Tennis Club is next door where visitors can rent the tennis courts, padel courts, gym, the beauty salon & indoor/outdoor restaurant & bar.

Our apartment has become a home-away-from-home for us!! All of our families and friends have holidayed at the complex and each and everyone has said what a fabulous complex it is. San Pedro is a wonderful little town, narrow little streets, with lots of small cafes, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, banks and shops-everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Its great to walk the streets of San Pedro and be recognised and welcomed back by the locals!! Of course if your looking for something more exciting, Porto Banus is only 2kms away, this is the mega wealthy and mega busy town with fabulous shopping and a night-life that never ends!!
