Shepton Mallet is an ideal base for all sorts of travelling, exploring and entertainment excursions. Courtyard Apartment has one bedroom, it sleeps 2-4 people.It has a roof top decking with BBQ facilities and furniture which are available on request. The centrally heated accommodation is situated on the second floor with separate access through the pretty back courtyard garden. There is a cosy living room with original features fire place and picture rail. There is freeview and WiFi available. Opposite the living room is a shower room with WC, heated towel rail, and shower with electric shower. At the end of the hall is the kitchen dining room fully equipped and very spacious with a dining area and a very large glazed east facing window. The kitchen has cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster.The bedroom is in the attic it has twin beds and a walk in clothes cupboard, it has a Velux window, there is a cot available on request. There is off road parking.

About the Owner

Hi Im Ruth Ive been in the catering and accommodation industry for over 20 years. I have lived locally all my life. I have three children 2 adults and 1 teenager. I share my house with my partner Dean,who is a restoration builder two of our children, Woody our friendly pooch and a few other furry friends. We have lived in our current home for 23 years. Dean restored the whole of 12 Town Street and converted the top two floors of our home into a spacious one bedroom holiday apartment which we have let out since 2007 we have many guest who return each year.

We have both lived in Shepton Mallet all our lives. We ran a restaurant downstairs for 8 years which is now closed, we converted the downstairs back into our home. Our home is very central to all the interesting towns and landmarks in the area. The walks around the town are plentiful and if you are in need of a walk Ruth will direct you to the routes nearby. The apartment is so accessible to all the restaurants pubs and banks etc. for your convenience.
