Modern 2 bedroom air conditioned clean and tidy apartment, in a nice area, close to beaches, shops and bars, fully equipped to make your holiday a comfortable happy pleasurable experience, including English TV Internet, BBQ use of 2 pools and beautifully maintained grassed areas for sitting and relaxing the apartment has a large patio area for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The property is set just a few minutes back from the N322 which is the main coastal road on the Costa Blanca.

apartment great location great living room/bedrooms/bathrooms great, kitchen only room for kettle and toaster nowere to put any food or do any prep,fridge/freezer great,no microwave but bought one myself so could heat Chinese takeaways/barbeque pork quicsters and burgers in buns with tomato sauce all of which had to be heated in the microwave even trying to do a salad was hard as nowere to put anything shame as apart from that all was good must admit have been coming to spain for the last 7 years and never seen a kitchen quite so small
We stayed here for 10 days in August 2014 and it was brilliant, ideally located for buses which take you direct to the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre ans some fab places to eat at Punta Marina, Definitely going back next year

“This part of the Costa Blanca is easy to get to with 2 good airports close by and only 2 half hours flying time from our local airport in the uk, We have lots of favourite restaurants and bars we visit and have made lots of friends in the area. We find its a good place to chill away from the hassles of work, but if you want to be a bit more lively then you can easily find the party bars and venues if you wish”
Activity and Interests
There are several good sandy beaches within 10mins in a car, there is a local bus service and there is a good beach with a bar and restaurant to walk too it takes approximately 10-15 mins.
The nearest airport is Murcia 30 mins by car, Alicante is larger and only 45mins by car.
A car is useful for exploring further a field but not essential as there are lots of bars shops and amenities in walking distance.
The nearest town is Torrevieja it has a large promenade area beaches,shops bars etc. Takes 15-20mins by car.
La Zenia new shopping mall is 15 mins by car.
Cabio Roig has a interesting nature walk
There are lots of small areas with bars and shops local to the apartment.
Further afield are the salt lakes, Cartegena, La Manga.
There are 2 or 3 good supermarkets within walking distance from the apartment.
There are many good restaurants including Chinese, Italian, Indian, Scandinavian and English.
There is a water park in Torrevieja

We require 10% non refundable deposit on booking and full payment within 4 weeks of travel, a refundable security deposit of £50.00 is payable with your holiday balance this is refunded once the apartment has been checked for damages and breakages after your departure, usually with in 7 days. The cleaning fee of 50 euro is payable to Karen the key holder.
Flexible changeover day but please note our key holder will charge extra for night and late arrivals please ask for details.

- Notes on accommodation: Our apartment is looked after by our key holder Karen, she will meet you when you arrive and give you the keys, the cleaning fee is payable to Karen and then she arranges the cleaning when you vacate making the apartment ready for the next guest. Outside: Large paved patio area with patio table and chairs, bbq, sunbeds, this area is gated for safety, in addition there is a shared pool a short walk away which is maintained and has a life guard on duty during the summer months. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen for beds is included and hand and bath towels, tea towels.
