An excellently provided, comfortable cottage with care taken for the needs of the guests.

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is excellently located on the edge of Exmore within a pretty village. The cottage is well provided for a relaxing holiday. A comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep. Lots of facilities - TV, CD player, etc - and we were welcoming by tea, coffee, and a bottle of wine: what more could one ask for? We would recommend this cottage unreservedly.

  • 5 of 5

We had a most enjoyable stay in Castle Rest. The cottage is cosy and clean with lots of homely and thoughtful touches so that it felt l like a home from home.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would love to say there again.

Lots of happy memories.

Thank you Steve and Sam Conway

Prettty Old Cottage

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at Chapel Rest for a week. First impressions were warm and welcoming there is an abundance of blue and white china and lots of quirky bits and pieces. The cottage was much larger than it looked from outside and had been cleverly altered to add a light dining space and an upstairs balcony and was extremely well equipped .We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only downside was the parking but we were always able to find a space within easy walking distance it shouldn't put anyone off staying here.

stay in dunster village ... oct 2016

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful few days at this property .... it was a sight for sore eyes when we walked through the door... we had kindly had a call to see if we wanted to cancel as they were refurbishing the pavement directly outside...and we declined... as boy were we glad.

The house was beautifully furnished, had a real homely feel as soon as you walked through the door.. we had a welcome bottle of wine and cake , which was a lovely touch...The house was cleanliness itself and in a prime location for visiting Wells Cathedral, Minehead, Clovelly, with its winding high street... lots of hidden jems of villages close by... All in all a great place to visit in Somerset... There is a very lovely pup directly opposite searving very delicious food until around 21.30 but also several other exceptional eateries just around the corning near the yarn market.. I will be visiting this location again... Little Gem

Gorgeous Village, Pretty Cottage, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 6 nights. The cottage was clean and as described. The location could not have been better in this beautiful village. The cottage had everything we could need for our stay, and more! We enjoyed our drinks and meals at the Luttrell Arms and the Stags Head. We loved the tiny nearby village of Selworthy Green and it's lovely tea room. We also loved Winsford in Exmoor National Park and it's beautiful thatched pub. Thanks from, Anne and Ken, Sydney Australia
