This 1st floor self-catering apartment was recently renovated and is suitable for both business and holiday visitors. There is a small balcony where you can sit and have drinks etc. All rooms have marble floors and furnishings are fresh and clean and in keeping with the warm Mediterranean climates. Central heating will keep you nice and warm during chillier periods. Parking is off street for those within the block on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are all within a 5 minute walking distance.
About the Owner
UK and Cannes based. Our family has been holidaying in the region for over 30 years, hence our extensive knowledge developed from using Cannes as a base to explore the area. Enjoyed by several generations who have attended French language schools, sailing clubs and even skiing in the southern alps.

There is a plethora of activities to do in the area such as French language and cooking courses, horse riding, sailing schools, hiking on Isle des Lerins, Eco Park and Aqua Land for kids to enjoy.
If relaxing on the beach is more of your forte then you will be pleased to know that the apartment is a short walk away from a number of wonderful sandy beaches, Morue Plage and Palm Beach. The beautiful unspoiled beaches of Iles de Lerins which is less than half an hour’s boat trip away from Cannes. La Croisette has many beaches which are both private but often open to the public for a fee.
The flat can be easily reached by taxi, bus and train. Boulevard de la Source, the road which the flat is located, is well known in the area and runs beside the coastal rail track coming from Nice. The bus from the airport goes to Cannes Town Hall from where you will be able to get a taxi to the flat. The bus departs daily every half hour from 9am to 10pm daily in high season. Be sure to check for any changes to this schedule. The train from Nice airport to Cannes takes approximately 25 mins.
The Conference Centre is only a 15 minute walk away. You simply turn left out of the flat and walk along the Boulevard de la Source. At the end of the road bear left towards La Croisette. To get to La Croisette by bus, walk to the near end of Boulevard de la Source, turn left onto Boulevard E Gazaganaire and pass under the small bridge towards the roundabout. At the roundabout turn left and walk past the petrol station where you will see a Bus Stop opposite.
The flat which is across the road from the sea, is no more than a ten minute walk away from The Croisette and only about fifteen minutes from Le Palais Des Festivals. One can thus stroll or take a short ride to the centre of La Croisette, as well as enjoy the relaxing coastal environment once out of the immediate city centre.
There are tourist attractions for all ages, festivals and conferences. There are also many artistic events throughout the year, and facilities for swimming, sailing, fishing, tennis and walking. Why not try your luck at the casinos, sample the best produce the region has to offer at the Marche Forville market or shop till you drop on the Rue D'Antibes?
