The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There is a video entry system to the apartment and lift access to the allocated underground parking. Linen and towels are included, although guests must provide their own pool and beach towels. Parque da Corcovada is located just ten minutes from the centre of Albufeira, the most well- known holiday resort on the Algarve. Albufeira itself is in the centre of the Algarve and is only about an hour and half’s drive from both the nature reserves on the furthest Eastern point on the boundary with Spain and the furthest Western point of the Algarve with its rugged Atlantic coastline. Beautiful lakes and hills are an hours drive to the North while within walking distance of the complex to the South are numerous stretches of stunning white-sandy award winning beaches surrounded by beautiful cliffs and rugged coves.

We are a professional couple with two teenage daughters, we work hard in our own furniture shop in kent and decided four years ago to buy our holiday home in Portugal . We decided not to rent it out , as our family came out nearly every month and we have furnished it to a top quality (the beds particularly receive rave reviews) . Lol!!
Last year we decided to buy a new house - literally a stones throw away - because we love Albufeira, the people, location, distance to the beach, strip and old town therefore we now let out the apartment, but still class it very much as our home, it is ground floor, near the pool, very well equipped and beautifully furnished - you will love it

Albufeira offers something for everybody whether you are old or young - we love the old town, it's lively vibe, and fantastic restaurants - our teenage daughters love the strip it's nightlife, shops, bars and sense of fun!! We continue to come to Portugal at least every eight weeks and still find lots to do with or without transport as Corcovada is in easy walking distance to everywhere and everything or take the open top bus or noddy train.
There are so many well priced restaurants, golf courses things to do and beautiful beaches with watersports all within easy walking distance - you won't be disappointed we love it!!!

Stunning Ground Floor Apartment
Loved ever thing about our stay in Paeque Da Corcovada. The apartment is first class, a true home from home. The pool area is close by and never any problem with over crowding. We stayed as a family of 4 and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. Roberto's is a 2 minute walk, its a traditional Portuguese Frango House,serving Per Peri Chicken and Pizza, a cross between Fast Food and a Restuarant. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes and the strip is also about a 10 minutes walk away. If going to the old town its best to take a taxi or hol on the resort road train. Plenty of places to eat but would recommend Urban Pizza on the strip and in the old town. The Irish Bar on site is also worth a visit.
Excellent great apartment
Beautifully decorated , clean and plenty of room . The appartment was close to town and in walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back with my family .
Great holiday in a lovely apartment
We had a lovely 2 weeks stay in this well equipped and positioned apartment. Within walking distance of the strip there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and a short taxi and inexpensive ride to the Old Town? The apartment has access to a pool and children's pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. We hired a car but this isn't essential, taxis are cheap and the main office will organise excursions. We went to Zoomarine this year which was a change from the other waterparks, we also went on a cave and dolphin safari where we were able to see Killer whales - amazing! Would definitely recommend this apartment, if we could we would buy one! Thanks for letting us stay The Davies family x
Luxury living with everything you could want
This was our second trip here and it is a real home from home they really have thought of everything you could want 😄 The pools were great never busy and always a good choice of where to sit there is also a private terrace just outside the apt We will be coming back soon !

just returned from having another lovely week at this apartment, lovely area something for everyone. Close to the beach, bars, shops & restaurants, a trip to the old town is a must which is very close in walking distance & don't forget to visit to the cake shops they are a must.

amazing location and apartment
I went on holiday to this location and apartment for the 1st time this October 2014. I had the most amazing time and I am just in the process of booking to return to this apartment. This apartment has everything you could ask for, it is spacious, furnished and finished to a high quality. It is is in a lovely location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and night life. The pool is very private and you can access this from the back of the apartment via the terrace. I like this apartment because it has everything you need, private terraces front and back, close to the pool and was very clean on arrival.
Visiting this lovely apartment and location is a must, when your here make sure you have a cocktail or 2 :) visit the beach bars, the old town and the Wild & Co bar in the new town it had a live rock band playing every night I was there and their cocktails are the best.
Can't wait to go back :)

Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
Notes on prices:
A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be refunded on departure subject to there being no damage / breakage to the property or the contents thereof.
A late out of ours charge of 25 euros is payable locally for check in after 21.00 hours and before 0600 hours
