A great family home with all the extras. Wonderful sea views and walking distance from Cala Verde, Es Pous des lleo and only 5 minutes driving to Aguas Blancas beach. There are stairs leading to a roof terrace that is perfect for star gazing or watching the moon rise over the sea. The house has everything you could possibly need. Lots of kitchen equipment and dishes plus all the things one forgets, suntan lotion, straw hats etc. Even goggles and flippers.

"This is a beautiful and very comfortable villa with wonderful sea views from the first floor terrace and roof. The furnishings are stylish but relaxed, and the kitchen well equipped. Downstairs the bedrooms are self contained with their own bathroom and small kitchen/lounge, so it ideal for sharing with friends who would like a bit of "space" or a family with teenagers. It is a great location with easy access to beaches or a lovely walk to a rocky pool for swimming. A great place to stay--would thoroughly recommend it." Ruth Evans. 30 January 2013

"What a wonderful place to holiday! I have been to the island many times now and your place is definitely my favourite! The location is amazing and I could not get enough of the view. Magic house on the magic isle

I was a very happy resident of this house for a week with 2 friends. The spacious design meant we each had a bedroom with ample space to spread out and then the wonderful terrace brought us all back together again. During the day we lingered on the terrace for hours taking in the sea view and the colour of the trees against the sky, and at night the huge star canopy held us there long after we'd finished eating dinner.

The facilities at the house are extremely comfortable and stylish, very much as the pictures show, and both house and garden were in excellent order.

We loved this house for its peaceful setting and it made an excellent base for us to visit all over the island. At the same time, the nearest grocery shop is conveniently 2minutes drive away and San Carlos the closest village a further 3minutes around the next corner. There we enjoyed a cosy taverna dinner, a stroll through pretty shops and an icecream. It's also the location of the famous Las Dallias market which offers artisan shopping, eating and even dancing. We each had our favourite of the three nearby swimming beaches and it was always a pleasure to return home here after a day taking in everything the island has to offer.

Near Oxford

A beautiful relaxing home from home

We stayed here for a very happy ten days in September 2014 - a party of five adults in all. The listing description is very accurate and the property is clean and very well maintained. The owners are also very helpful even though we did not need to consult them about anything very much.

There are good beaches within a short driving distance and a bay that is ideal for swimming within walking distance. Although we did not go to Ibiza for the night-life, there are good restaurants and bars a short drive away.

This house is highly recommended.

Perfect stay

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Open air throughout the whole house, with plenty of places outside to sit in the sun or in the shade. Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

My favorite part of the house was the roof, as it has a four post bed that overlooks the sea. The most serene place to nap, read (many books in the house), play board games, and talk. While there are neighbors, the elevation of the house gives you all the privacy you need.

Ibiza itself is paradise. 5 minutes away is the town of San Carlos. It is a small pleasant town with a bank and 24 hr ATM, a small shop for the basics, and restaurants. The beach is a 15 minute walk downhill (or 5 minute drive – there is parking). There is a beachfront bar and several shops to purchase food, drinks, and beach supplies. The water is clean and clear blue.

The location of the house is away from the nightlife and crowds, yet to get anywhere on the rest of the island is only a car ride away.

The only issue I had was that I didn’t want to leave. Best to book two weeks next time.

Car: necessary


House located at the top of mountain with stunning sea views. All surrounded by Pine trees. Backs to Natural reserve. Only 10 minutes walking down to Cala Verde beach or 25 minutes to secluded coves through wonderful farmland. 10 minutes drive to Aguas Blancas or Cala Boix.


Approximately 30 minutes from Ibiza International airport


San Carlos 5 minutes, Santa Eulalia 12 minutes, Ibiza Town 25 minutes

Further Details:

Couple of great little restaurants right on the beach down the road, only 5 minutes driving or walking. Great shop only 5 minutes driving with all local products of superb quality. Only a few minutes from Las Dalias markets in San Carlos, where you can also find great local coffee shops, banks and restaurants

30% deposit required with booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 600 Euro to be paid with the final balance and returned once the villa has been inspected and cleaned. Additional 160 Euro for end of stay cleaning.
Minimum stay for July and August is one week. Prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day Saturday. Check out 10am. Check in after 3 pm.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
