Located in its own walled 15.000 sq.m. almond, olive and carob trees field, offers rural tranquillity whilst conveniently located for easy access to Palma city centre (35min.) or to the gorgeous beaches of northern Majorca (30min.). “Es Campet” is a spacious house with three large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large living room offers a fireplace, a 50' LED TV, and a Yamaha grand piano. Full equipped kitchen with dining area. Pool terrace with pergola, sun loungers, and dining space. "Es Campet" is oriented to nature tourism and tranquillity, ideal to rest, and also to travel the roads and trails in the area, and visit the neighbouring towns, with their fairs and markets.

Stunning, would highly recommend!

Gabriel the owner was fantastic from start to finish.

The villa is in a peaceful location and a car is essential, although Mancor de la Vall is only a ten minute walk away.

We visited with our two children (21 and 23!), and my husband and son cycled everyday, excellent cycling countryside and very popular.

Lots of lovely restraunts in the vicinity, Miceli in Selva is a must!!

We loved the location and villa so much that we are looking to return next year!

Perfect tranquil retreat

Thank you to our perfect host, Gabriel, for a fantastic week in Mancor de la Vall. The villa is set in a peaceful location, looking out in fields and hills, but is just a short walk from Mancor and a similarly short car journey to Inca (for supermarket) or Selva. We really liked the latter and can recommend Es Portal de Tramantana restaurant as well as other bars and restaurants. The villa itself is spacious, clean and well equipped - impossible to fault really and we would love to return. The pool was a big hit and probably occupied 50% of our visit!

As Mallorca first-timers, we were blown away by the scenery in this part of the island. The drive from Caimari north into the mountains is fantastic and we also walked on beautiful, well signed hiking paths in the same area. Further afield, we can strongly recommend a visit to the Formentor peninsula - crystal clear, warm waters at Cala Formentor beach and spectacular scenery at Cap Formentor. Could anything have been better....we should have brought our bikes as this place seems to be cycling heaven!

An Absolute Gem !

Under-stated; simple; tranquil and classy – this truly is a delightful place to spend a week (or longer !).

Set outside the small village of Mancor de la Vall, it feels miles away from anywhere – and whilst its remoteness means that you will need a car, the town of Inca and the main Ma-13 motorway, is only 10 mins drive away.

The villa itself is impossible to fault.

It’s setting is idyllic and the interior is virtually flawless.

It has been set out in a beautifully simple style – but all of the fixtures and fittings are of a very good quality, and the kitchen is well equipped.

There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and the main lounge – however, the building is so well constructed (insulated), it is really only necessary to run it for an hour or so a day.

Provided you then keep the internal doors closed, the rooms will remain cool the whole day long.

The 15m swimming pool is great for swimming (if a little narrow for excessively boisterous games !) and the patio area is spacious and pleasant.

I’d really would like to find some fault with the place – but I honestly can’t !

Provided you are comfortable with the location (half an hours drive from the nearest beach), then I promise you won’t be disappointed by the villa !!

And.....relax!

We were at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived in this wonderful villa. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and setting, mountain views, close to the village of Mancor but no neighbours or noise closeby, just completely peaceful and private. We loved seeing this quieter side of Majorca, we visited the coast and busier resorts on some days, and then to retreat to our own tranquil haven at the end of the day was just fabulous.

The villa itself is extremely well-equipped, great to see that unlike many other holiday properties, it is generously equipped for 12 people, so not fast washing if you used a plate for preparation and still need 6 to serve a meal! Our party was 3 adults and 3 children (4, 5 & 7), and I would say that a great bonus was that although the villa was very comfortably furnished, it wasn't full of many breakable ornaments etc. so we could relax even with the children. In addition, everything as impeccably clean, and the linen obviously very freshly laundered with that lovely clean scent, great service.

Air-conditioning throughout is the silent kind, like in offices etc. not the noisy kind like many hotel rooms, and is very efficient, so you can cool a room in a few minutes and then switch it off and it stays cool for a while.

The pool is plenty big enough for kids to play but also for a swim, and relaxing on the terrace was just heaven. Gabriel was careful to point out the pool was unfenced, which was no problem for us as our kids can swim, but good of him to point out in advance.

The owner Gabriel could not have been more helpful, from providing local maps, and details of shops restaurants etc. describing the types of trees growing in the orchard, to booking a restaurant for us in Palma for our last lunch before flying home.

Beautiful spacious accommodation, very good value, fantastic location, we will be back!

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice villa. Cool and spacious rooms and very well equipped kitchen.

We also liked the location very much; on the countryside with fields, a nice view and no close neighbors.

Our family with 3 teenage kids had a lovely time here and we enjoyed the large pool as well.

Gabriel, the owner, was very helpful and responded quick on all inquiries.

We would very much like to come back some time.
