There are lovely coastal walks as well as downland walks to enjoy..

Clean comfortable bungalow
We stayed here 25-29 September 2016. The property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the generous welcome pack, including a bottle of wine. The bungalow was well placed for accessing the south coast, with a good bus service along the coast road. We took the bus into Brighton and it was lovely not to have to drive in. The Saltdean fish bar nearby and the Very Italian Pizza were both very good and reasonably priced. Overall, very happy with our choice of accommodation thanks!!
What a lovely bungalow. We were only looking for somewhere to sleep during our conference, but this was a really relaxing place to stay. Wish we had been able to stay there longer.

Very welcoming, lovely clean place to stay
Lovely clean bungalow, home from home with everything you could need for a visit to the south coast. Siobhan met us there and was very helpful with places to go and see and she made us very welcome. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the decking at the back is a real suntrap all through the day. Would highly recommend a visit. Our dog settled well and enjoyed the lovely local walks.
Very nice place, but not clean.
The house is very nice and cosy but unfortunately not very clean. We had first to clean the
shower before we could take one. And the washer and dryer were full of water and debris,
that we also needed to clean before use. Its a shame for such a nice house.
Blazing sun and sea views
Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Siobhan's comfortable and well-equipped bungalow.
Superb wifi connection appreciated by teenagers.
Handy local shops and excellent fish and chips a very short walk away.
We brought bikes for our daughters who enjoyed cycling the undercliff path to Brighton.
Frequent buses from Saltdean into the city with a £10 family saver option offering unlimited travel.
Loads to do nearby - especially enjoyed a Bloomsbury pilgrimage to Charleston, Berwick church and Monk's House.
Fantastic bungalow in lovely location
We had a lovely time staying at the bungalow and would thoroughly recommend it. The accommodation was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped.

“The best thing about the location of the house is the fact we are nestled between the beach and the stunning national park. (South Downs )with it's beautiful villages and churches. We are on a great bus route into Brighton with easy access to Gatwick airport and London.”

English lessons can be given at the bungalow by a fully qualified CELTA teacher - one to one or small groups, at an additional cost.
10 minutes walk to beach. There is a lovely under cliff walk all the way along the coast to Brighton and beyond. Great for walks and cycling.

London - 50 minutes by train
Newhaven Port - 15 minutes
Dover 1 hour 30 minutes.

Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 5 working days and must be secured by receipt of deposit/full payment, as appropriate.
A security deposit is required of £200 for damages and breakages is refunded within 5 days of departure, following a post-visit inspection.

“The property offers parking at he front as well as off road parking. Just around the corner there is a parade of shops selling all the provisions you may need. However, we have made sure you are supplied with some basic items for your convenience. Constant hot water is available and central heating for your use as well as clean bedlinen and towels. We as owners live nearby, so any issues you may have can be remedied straight away.”
