A lovely, clean and stylish bungalow situated between the South Downs National Park and the sea. Great bus service to Brighton and Eastbourne, with excellent links to London and Gatwick. Sleeps 4 to 6 people. Ideal for families.

There is plenty of parking and a parade of local shops selling food supplies.

There are lovely coastal walks as well as downland walks to enjoy..

The property has been fully equipped to feel like its home from home.

About Siobhan Dodds

I am a children's book writer, my partner is a doctor at a local hospital and together we have a 13 year old son. We have travelled a lot ourselves and have used Owners Direct many times in many countries so have a fairly good idea what to provide for you.

The best thing about the location of the house is the fact we are nestled between the beach and the stunning national park. (South Downs )with it's beautiful villages and churches. We are on a great bus route into Brighton with easy access to Gatwick airport and London.

What makes this bungalow unique

The property offers parking at he front as well as off road parking. Just around the corner there is a parade of shops selling all the provisions you may need. However, we have made sure you are supplied with some basic items for your convenience. Constant hot water is available and central heating for your use as well as clean bedlinen and towels. We as owners live nearby, so any issues you may have can be remedied straight away.

Very nice house for relaxing stay.

Although one of our kids ended up in hospital, we realy liked our stay in this house. Everything you need for a nice holiday or weekend: clean, tastefully decorated and well equiped. Great view from the terrace which is a perfect spot to sit when the sun is shinning. The owners are very helpfull and friendly.

Comfortable, warm and well equipped bungalow. Easy access to local amenities and places of interest.

Great place to stay with dogs as all surfaces easy clean. Good garden and fantastic walks within ten minutes. Enjoyed staying somewhere spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels/tea towels etc and an efficient heating system. Welcome from owner made us feel relaxed and at home. Little touches like the welcome pack added to that. Local shops and restaurants/takeaways in walking distance. Recommend and will stay again.

Beautiful hidden gem by the sea. Cosy, warm well equipped for the perfect stay in Saltdean

Lovely little bungalow in Saltdean. Perfectly clean on arrival. Lovely welcome from Siobhan who showed us around and gave excellent tips on the local area. The fish chips was really the best we have had. A little welcome back was left for us with yummy crisps and wine!

The bungalow has a really spacious feel. Really well equipped with all the mod cons (tv, games console, wifi). Excellent garden with spectacular view from the raised decking.

Will definitely stay again even though we live quite close by!

Lovely, extremely well equiped bungalow

We loved our stay at the lovely bungalow. The owners were very kind. On arrival it turned out that the central heating was not working and they immediately supplied us with electric heaters. The next day a plumber fixed the central heating. Never before did we find a bungalow so well equiped. Everything one could possibly need was available. Even milk in the fridge and bread in de freezer. From the sunny terrace we had a lovely view towards the sea. The bungalow is on a very quiet street, one only hears the seagulls. The house was very clean. There was a big screen tv set with Playstation equipment and games, dvd's, cd's. A dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine. Supermarket, fish and chips shop and italian restaurant/take away (simple but very good!) just around the corner. Brighton, the Seven Sisters & Beachy Head nearby. Superb!!

Clean comfortable bungalow

We stayed here 25-29 September 2016. The property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the generous welcome pack, including a bottle of wine. The bungalow was well placed for accessing the south coast, with a good bus service along the coast road. We took the bus into Brighton and it was lovely not to have to drive in. The Saltdean fish bar nearby and the Very Italian Pizza were both very good and reasonably priced. Overall, very happy with our choice of accommodation thanks!!

Highly impressed

What a lovely bungalow. We were only looking for somewhere to sleep during our conference, but this was a really relaxing place to stay. Wish we had been able to stay there longer.

A security deposit is required of £200 for damages and breakages is refunded within 5 days of departure, following a post-visit inspection.
