Upstairs is a large double bedroom located in the front of the property, while at the back of the cottage is a twin bedded room which over looks the garden. the garden is south facing which means the sun is there all day till sunset. 8 minutes walk to the harbour and all the town life.

About Marie Lovell

We live in Bristol but love St Ives! Its easy to do! We are so excited to be able to share this lovely holiday cottage with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We have a son who loves the place as much as us and it has been a family affair in renovating our lovely holiday home.

Marie Lovell purchased this cottage in 2012

Why Marie Lovell chose St Ives

When we saw this property for sale we were so excited. Its in an ideal location. While only being 8 minutes walk from the harbour, its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town life. Although it is in the town, when you are sat in the back garden you feel you are a million miles away!

What makes this cottage unique

We are happy with our cottage as it its close to all amenities and offers sea views from the back garden and a suntrap if you want to stay close to home for the day. We also offer a car parking space which carries an additional cost.
