About Iker Fernandez

Costa Golf House is our pride and joy, and we therefore treat it very lovingly. We have been holidaying on the island of Fuerteventura for a great many years and have seen it grown into the holiday destination it now is. Eventually we hope to retire to this fabulous island with it's all year round great climate. For the moment, I live in Madrid with my wife Julia.

Why Iker Fernandez chose Fuerteventura

We bought in Fuerteventura as we fell in love with this island. We have travelled extensively as we like our holidays but have not found anywhere as nice as this Island. Fuerteventura is much less frenzied than any of its neighbouring islands and has thankfully been protected from over-development. Fuerteventura is just 60 miles from the North African coast and for thousands of years sand from the Sahara has been deposited on Fuerteventura's shores leaving over 125 miles of some of the best beaches in the world. These amazing beaches, combined with over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, make renting Cost Golf House in Fuerteventura an ideal family holiday at any time of the year.

Our house is in pleasant location and within distance of the beach and local amenities. Only 10mins from the airport. It is the ideal place to enjoy all the benefits of a shared complex, but at the same time have the luxury of your own home from home. We think it's great value for money.

Very good value for money!. On arrival at the complex we were met by the property manager, who gave us a remote control for the complex gates (car access) and keys to the house. We spent a very enjoyable week taking it easy at Costa Golf. The house was bright, very clean and a decent size with all that you would need for a weeks holiday Plenty of space outside too with private front terrace with comfortable sun beds.



We gave this house a 5star for its great location-very well equipped to very high standard and very comfortable and spacious. Pool area fantastic, very safe and clean.



We have just come back from this beautiful and new apartment. It was lovely and clean with a nice pool in a quiet resort. We found the washing machine invaluable, and the DVD was just brilliant There were also a supermarket and a few bars very near to the apartment selling reasonable priced food and drink.

After a bit of a rocky start this turned out to be a great holiday. There is no reception just a cleaner to hand over keys who speaks very little English which led to a lot of initial confusion. However left to our devices we got grips with the area and the local bus service. We enjoyed our stay and the villa was all we could have wished for.

Costa Golf Hose has been designed to maximise the surrounding scenery and the extensive gardens surrounding the house are attractively planted with a variety of sub-tropical plants. A security firm is contracted to patrol the complex. Electronic Main Gate, CCTV Cameras recording 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Card System to the swimming pool. Our property has it's own secure parking space (10sqm) for one car. A courtesy bus runs from just outside the complex to Caleta centre, the beach, golf course and Atlantico Shopping Centre. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: High standard linens and also all towels provided.
