Relaxing Holiday

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in the Pollenca region a number of times as it offers everything for a relaxing holiday. This villa did not disappoint, it is clean, set in a private garden, very well appointed and positioned - only a short walk from the Old Town. The owner is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There are a number of good restaurants in the town to suit all price points. We would be happy to stay at this villa again

Absolutely fabulous

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for two weeks, the first week with older family members, then alone for last week (without our kids!).

This place is very well situated, half way between the old town of Pollenca ( a 15 min walk) and two large local supermarkets, so we didn't bother with a car. The area is in flat agricultural land, with private villas sitting alongside small farms - a lovely combination.

The villa is rather lovely, with an amazing vista of mountains and hills. It has a great pool set in very a private garden area which is screened from the (quiet) local road and plenty of outside space to dine. The rooms are well appointed, and have been decorated since our last visit two years ago. I don't think the photos do this place justice - it is light, airy and spacious.

The town is very Spanish, with beautiful architecture and history to explore. There are many artisan shops and excellent restaurants, but if it's more touristy buzz you want head down to the port at around 10 Euro.

We love this place so much hubby wants to return next year to celebrate his retirement!

Fantatasic Villa

  • 5 of 5

What a place!. The rooms all have air con, the pool is lovey and warm (and not heated!). The bbq area is perfect. Big fount room , big fridge. I cant say how i nearly had tears in my eyes when i had to leave. This place is worth every penny. The town is 15 m walk away and there is a aldi a 20 m walk away, or a 5m drive. There is nothing to fault on this villa. Franchess is lovely and will sort any issue that you may have ( i can virtually guarntte you wont). Lots of deckchairs, garden is immaculate. Perfect Perfect Pefect

It really is as good as it looks

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here as a family in August 2015 and everything was exactly as it was described and photographed. We were very impressed and thoroughly recommend this villa. The owner Francisca responded within hours to all our email questions around the time of booking, and subsequently. Linen was changed weekly and towels twice weekly. The location is perfect – and totally quiet. There is also a substantial fruit and vegetable garden in which Francisca encouraged us to help ourselves. The figs were amazing. The swimming pool is actually deep, the WiFi actually worked, and worked well, and the beds and pillows actually comfortable (three issues that can disappoint in other villas). Pollensa is delightful and very Spanish. A great place to visit the markets in the day and a perfect hang out in the evening for families to safely eat around the town square. There is a very large supermarket just 2km away that is open until late 7 days. The written instructions sent by Francisca on how to locate the villa in the dark late at night were clear. We ended up spending whole days just within the villa as it had all we needed for a perfect holiday with family, or just a bunch of friends.

Beautiful location for a family holiday

  • 5 of 5

This was a perfect spot for a first family holiday to Mallorca. We have 2 children aged 10 and 8. We all loved the villa, it's pool, beautiful gardens, outdoor kitchen with BBQ n Pizza Oven.

This great location was also ideal for us - an easy walk to the historic city of Pollenca and short distance to the lovely beaches off Port de Pollenca. There were also 2 supermarkets a short drive away, making stocking up for the week an easy job.

The Villa itself is exactly as the photos show. Plenty of space both inside and out and all very clean, organised and pretty. The pool is a good size for a family such as ourselves and on a couple of days we were happy to just spend the day here then venture out at night to the local restaurants.

Franciscan was very welcoming, friendly and happy to give us some guides to the best local restaurants to visit. She came with fresh linen half way through the week and make sure all was fine.

Hiring a car is a definite here as it gives you more freedom to come and go and visit other spots in the region.

We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. In fact I would be more than happy to go back to again in the future!!

Many thanks Francisca.

Sliante and happy holidaying 🌞

Excellent family villa close to Pollensa

  • 5 of 5

We always take a long time researching our holiday villas and in this one we found a gem! The description doesn't mislead and if anything doesn't do it justice. The location is great, being extremely quiet but close enough for the brave to walk into Pollensa (air conditioned car is preferable!!)

We went as a family of four adults, one child and one infant and it had everything we needed. The rooms were good sized and clean and Francisca and her family welcomed us warmly. Two good sized bathrooms but as with all Spanish properties the baths are rather small. The gardens were kept to a wonderful standard and we were encouraged to help ourselves to the produce from the garden (wonderful oranges, lemons and apricots). They provided a welcome pack and there are basic household items stocked including shopping bags (you must take bags with you when you shop) but there are a couple of great supermarkets a few minutes drive away. There was no stairgate but as we didn't ask there may be one available. Travelcot was provided and was of a good size and quality.

Pollensa is a great town and has a fantastic choice of restaurants and is always extremely friendly for children. Try Ca n'Olesa for Pizza and Bar Nou for great tapas which is just behind the main square. Also make sure you try the pastries in the cafe in the main square (Il Giardino Restaurant). Puerto Pollensa is not far and although much busier has a greater selection of restaurants (great pizzas in Tolos and wonderful pork chops in Restaurant Ca'n Josep). If you get a chance do the train to Soller as there is a wonderful ice cream shop there (Giovanni) in the church square!!!!! The train experience is great but watch for the return times.

Lastly for car hire, don't get sucked into the what seems like the cheaper options as the queues can be massive. Try autosroig.com which allow you to pick up in the multi story opposite the airport and have a great fleet of top class cars. We've used them twice and been impressed both times.

Happy holidays!
