Notes on accommodation: All rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and warming. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes. There is an electric awning over part of the pool terrace and on the balcony of the master bedroom. There are 2 small safes in the villa. Cots, high chairs and stair gate are available on request. Please note this is a villa for non-smokers. Outside: The villa is surrounded by gardens on all sides, giving plenty of choice for relaxing in the sun or shade. There is a private pool, (10m x 5m), which can be heated at and there is a pool cover. The rear gardens and pool face south west and there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, comfortable low chairs with coffee table for relaxing and an outdoor table which seats 8. There is a gas BBQ (and sink) under the shade of a pergola. The garden is a mix of lawns and flower beds and there is a tiled area around the pool. There is a car port to the front of the villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, towels and beach towels included. Linen changed weekly, towels changed 3 times per week, beach towels changed weekly. Villa cleaning is 3 times per week. Other: Spacious entrance hall, marble staircase to upper floor with tall windows looking over the pool and gardens.

Changeover day is usually a Saturday. Access to the villa will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to leave by 10am on the day of departure. There may be some flexibility outside the peak season by arrangement with the owner.
