Amazing position and peaceful surroundings

Myself and family have just return from Ibiza where we stayed in this apartment. We really enjoyed staying our stay – it was clean, peaceful and most of all the position was great. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are shops and restaurants about 2 minutes away. The apartment is quite close to Santa Eularia by car but we found a fantastic walk along the most stunning beaches and scenery to get to the town, which took about 40 minutes (its quicker if you walk along the road).

The apartment block is modern, good security and parking outside is relatively easy. I’d recommend hiring a car but I would say the say for anywhere on the island. The apartment is on the ground floor and we did not have any problem with noise whatsoever. The pool is literally in front of the front door of the apartment and during the week that we were there, very few other people used the pool, so my son had it all to himself. The flat has a small patio garden with some garden furniture.

ibiza retreat

we were a couple looking for a relaxing holiday. we found this at the apartment in s'argamassa. the apartment was clean. it was based in a very quiet complex with access to a pool. the pool was very rarely used by other residents and often felt like a private area. the apartment is very close to both es cana and santa eulalia...we walked to es cana in 20 minutes and to santa eulalia in 40 minutes. the hippy market in es cana is an experience although it is very busy. sant eulalia is a great place for bars, restaurants and shopping. the main supermarket is in santa eulalia although there is a small supermarket within close proximity to the apartment. there are a choice of beaches within walking distance. we often visited cala pada where we were able to catch the boat to ibiza town with one change at santa eulalia. the beach bars are great for food and drink. the fish dishes are amazing! we would also recommend the vis a vis restaurant and the local bar next door to this.

the only issue we had was with the lack of air conditioning, but it did not detract from a very relaxing holiday as there were fans available.

Great stay and location - need a car

We were a family of 4 (2 boys, age 8 and 4). The location so close to the beaches was g. The pool right outside the front door kept our kids busy every morning, and the back patio was a great place to unwind in the evenings. At night, it's super quied a car though if you want to go to any nightlife. With a car (and the place comes with a parking spot!), it's a perfect location for a fun family Ibiza holiday.

Prima appartement, leuk ingericht, ook met wat oudere kinderen, door de aanwezigheid van 2 badkamers. Centraal gelegen om een groot deel van het eiland aan te rijden.

In deze warme maand was afwezigheid airconditioning in de slaapkamers een gemis, te warm 's nachts.

Great Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's just outside Santa Eularia so meant that it was nice and peaceful at night as the apartment block is set in a quiet little street that leads straight down to the sea.

The apartment block itself was clean and modern. The neighbours were all very friendly and it was very secure.A little garden at the back that caught the afternoon/early evening sun was perfect.

Although it was a bit too cold to swim in the pool, it did look very tempting!

Location-wise it was perfect for us getting around the whole island, we had a car and wanted to explore - anybody thinking of staying here should definitely hire a car otherwise cabs could get pretty expensive.

All in all, we had a fantastic stay here - it was exactly what we wanted, to come back somewhere clean, quiet and warm was spot on.

Great value for money.
