With easy access and in a quiet location this is a wonderful apartment. It is only an hours drive from Malaga airport making it the perfect holiday rental. It has air conditioning in the lounge and in both the bedrooms, a shared swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens. It has a large flat screen TV a DVD player and an iPod doc for your music. There is plenty to do in the area. Lovely beaches, an abundance of places to eat and some lovely Spanish bars. It has some wonderful places to visit if you have a car, including Ronda, Granada and Seville just to name a few.

A truly beautiful little gem of an apartment. Rob’s apartment provided us with every need for our holiday in July 2016. It is very well equipped and certainly large enough for 4 people, with plenty of space and very well kept. The grounds are fantastic, it’s not often you find a small complex of 26 apartments with so much green space and well maintained gardens. There was even a small soccer net to keep a 12-year old boy content. The pool itself is a great size and never very busy, on many an occasion we had the pool to ourselves. A 10-minute walk brought us to restaurants and bars where the food was great, no complaints from us. I certainly recommend Rob’s apartment

"A Real Treat"

It's rare to find a holiday destination that would suit a baby to an octogenarian but this villa definitely does. Easy drive from the airport. The villa is comfortable, spacious and better equipped than most, small complex set in large, well established grounds, lovely pool, very private and relaxed atmosphere, you feel like a resident not a tourist. The world is your oyster here, away from the coast lots to explore that still gives a flavour of real Spain, lovely beaches that in September were extremely quiet, the busy costal towns that offer more lively entertainment and the opportunity to people watch from harbour cafés, or just lazy days by the pool. You would run out of time before you ran out of things to do here. Everything you could need is close by so, should you choose, you would never have to spend longer than 15 minutes in the car. There is a great supermarket 10 minutes drive away, well stocked and super quality food at enviably low prices, shellfish amazing - king prawns £8.00 a kilo, Bombay Sapphire £10.00 a bottle, I thought I had died and gone to supermarket heaven!!!!! There are a large number of places to eat, we had tapas in Rhonda, lunch on the beach, supper in Benahavis, all good but the best of all was the Argentinian restaurant on the road to the supermarket (about 5 minutes drive), we walked, hadn't realised there was no pavement on the main road, had a large gin on arrival to steady my nerves. Everything about this place is lovely, setting, food and wine, definitely worth a visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and are definitely going back.

Family Friendly Fun

An easy drive from Malaga and in a great secluded community location. Mix of local residents and holiday makers making this a much more friendly and safe environment for the kids. Not a massive sprawling complex but a collection of apartments in great open grounds and gardens with a large pool being the friendly meeting place. Apartment was clean and with everything (and more) on hand for self catering. All as said. Both bedrooms had own bathrooms which made this great with the kids. Shops, café's, restaurants and a small supermarket were a convenient 10 minute walk. Going to have to come back again - so the kids keep telling me!

Great place to relax and enjoy

We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at this villa. We loved the accommodation - spacious, comfortable and clean. Handy with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that even had a dishwasher (more time by the pool!). Its in a lovely location, very green gardens and shady trees with a fabulous pool (always warm!). Met some friendly neighbours too.

We found some nice villages and 'old Spain' town centres (loved Ronda, enjoyed old Marbella and dinner in Bellavista) and one or two great beaches. We sailed on the Med looking for dolphins, really fun day.

So certainly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable home from home in a great location. We may well be back!

This Property has been in the family for 6/7 years and having lived in different locations in the area settled for this one as it is slightly off the beat and track, yet is within easy walking distance of the shops and not far from the beach. It is in a quiet location as there are only a handful of other properties around. There is a shared pool and sun loungers and a beautiful garden area that is maintained all year round

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 600 Metres Nearest Golf : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 600 Metres Nearest Beach : at 1 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

It is a 15 minute walk to the beach and some lovely beach bars.The nearest beach is a mixture of pebble and sand.There are also many wonderful sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive from the apartment.

Travel:

Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both around an hours drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential. There is a regular bus service from Malaga airport to Estepona.

Distances:

Gibraltar is about an hours drive if you fancy a visit. Also the beautiful mountain village of Ronda is about the same distance away. If you fancy a slightly longer drive Seville and Granada are well worth a visit.

Further Details:

The apartment is about half way between San Pedro and Estepona both are about a five minute drive. It is also a 10 minute drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella There are local shops and supermarkets within walking distance (5 mins). If you have the use of a car there are many local restaurants to tempt you with some fine dining. We will leave details of them there.

This is a two bedroom property, one double and one twin.It is all one one level for easy access. It is a well maintained property as it has been a home for most of the time. It has air conditioning in all the rooms, a shared pool and its own private parking space. There is plenty to do in the area. Lovely beaches, an abundance of places to eat and some lovely Spanish bars. It has some wonderful places to visit if you have a car, including Ronda, Granada and Savilla just to name a few.   • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is set in a very peaceful location, there are around twenty apartments in this complex most of which are lived in all year round. It is on the ground floor making access easy, although there are stairs down to the pool. It is an apartment with your comfort and and your holiday in mind. It has everything one could need for the perfect holiday. The Two bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. The lounge area is comfortable and also well equipped for dining. There is an outside eating area also and a barbecue if you require it. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and both the bedrooms making your stay cool and comfortable. There is a large TV and a DVD player (some DVDs but best to take your own) Outside: There is a area to sit outside to enjoy your meals and a drink with views onto the garden. It has a table and four chairs. There is a good sized shared pool with sun loungers for you to use. The pool has wide shallow steps for easy access for young children Utility Room: There is a utility room with a washing machine and a drying area.There is also a second fridge freezer here Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is included and is changed once a week. Towels for the house are included for a small charge of £10 per person per week. We would ask you to bring your own beach and pool towels. Other: There is a covered sun terrace with an awning, overlooking the garden. There is a table and four chairs here also. There are also two sun loungers and a barbecue.
