This one bedroom, 4 star lodge with electric heating and double glazing throughout is within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre. It offers a relaxing, quiet location in picturesque surroundings with magnificent views to Latrigg, Skiddaw and the surrounding fells. The lodge is warm and comfortable, with Electric, coal burning effect, stove and fire surround. French doors opening onto its veranda to get the most from the views.

Private parking is provided adjacent to the property.

Outside: The property is surrounded by greenery. It is a small, quiet complex with approx 30 cabins. There is parking for 2 vehicles adjacent to the property. The veranda has table, chairs and potted plants. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is included. Towels are not included but can be hired at an additional charge.

Lovely, comfortable lodge

We had a glorious week of sunshine in this well equipped, comfortable lodge. Yes it was the Lake District!

There are lovely views and walks all around and just a short walk into the centre of Kenwick. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the owner very pleasant and helpful. We broke a light and when I reported it to the owner she was most understanding. She also provided bedding for our granddaughter for occasional "sleep overs"

Highly recommended.

Warm,clean,immaculate,well maintained and fully equipped, washing machine,dishwasher,oven and hob,hot water, Tv, radio,hair dryer, dish cloths and cleaning equipment etc.Nothing wanting.Excellant.Towels we were requested to bring with us. Obtaining key via coded box worked well. Fully detailed handbook available to instruct use of heating etc. Will be definitely returning next year. Great views too from sun terrace.

Lovely, comfortable lodge, wonderfully equipped and perfectly situated for exploring the N. Lakes.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the lodge just right for the two of us with everything provided that we could possibly need for our week in Keswick. The booking arrangements were all very straightforward and reasonably good value for money we felt, and the lodge was ideally situated for exploring all of the beautiful lakes and hills in the north of the region - my favourites were Grasmere and Buttermere. Keswick is walkable and is a very charming little town with a brilliant market on Thursdays and Saturdays - we will definitely be coming back to this area again!

A relaxing place for a break

Fell side had everything you needed to make for a relaxing break. Clean and comfortable lodge, well equipped if you wanted to stay in but in a great location for getting out and about around Keswick. We arrived after receiving clear instructions and were able to park up for the next three days as it was easy to access many walks on the surrounding fells returning back to the lovely warm lodge for a hot shower then a gentle stroll to one or two of the many pubs in Keswick for some food and a well deserved drink. Just don't forget your torch when walking back in the dark!

Well equipped pleasant place

We found the Lodge very convenient for Keswick and local fells. It was well equipped. We particularly liked the washer/drier. My husband and I stayed for a week from 21st August. My only (minor) criticism is that the lodges are so close together.

Fellside Lodge has great views from the windows and veranda and the locality makes it a tranquil change from the busy streets of Keswick yet it is still very convenient to get to the town centre.

Loved this well placed, well equipped lodge in Burnside Park, a smallish site nestling beneath beautiful dramatic hills at Keswick. Comfortably furnished with all mod cons and a delight to return to after a days exploring. Romantic and warm, perfect at any time of the year.

Booking Notes:
To secure a booking we kindly ask for a deposit of £100, the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks to arrival date require payment in full. We accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.

Cancelation policy:
The £100 deposit is non-refundable,cancellations made within the 6 week period prior to arrival will incur no refund. If the original holiday period is re-let the rental payment paid will be carried forward to an alternative holiday period, less any additional costs incurred.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday.
Short breaks are available in low season and last minute availability.

Notes on prices:
Prices are based on 2 people sharing for the week, all bed linen and utilities are provided. There is a bed settle in the lounge, there is an additional charge for a 3rd person staying as follows:-
infants no charge
persons up to the age of 14 - £15
persons between the age of 14 and 16 - £50
persons over the age of 16 - £75, prior arrangement only.
