Two bed, two bath villa in La Manga Club. Breathtaking views over the Mar Menor

Set towards the back of Los Molinos, the villa offers tranquility should you choose it, yet has access to the gorgeous community pool and to Alex & Roberto's popular pool bar. The villa was fully refurbished in 2012 and was made completely open plan on the living/dining level which creates much more space and an open, airy, bright feel. Brand new bathrooms completed the refurbishment and the views from both terraces are unrivalled on Los Molinos

Our villa is our little piece of heaven that we hope, eventually will become our home. La Manga Club is a blissful spot in Spain and we love to spend as much time here as work allows.

We have four grown up boys as well as a fabulous grandson and we currently split our time between the UK and the Middle East due to work commitments.

Why Helen Woodall chose Murcia - Costa Calida

We bought on La Manga Club after visiting for years. It is a fantastic location which offers a mix of peace and tranquillity alongside all the sporting facilities, top class restaurants & bars, access to beaches including the secluded La Cala and as much or as little socialising as you wish.

What makes this villa unique

Set towards the back of Los Molinos, our villa was completely refurbished at the start of 2012. We have kept the charm and feel of the original property yet updated it with classically beautiful new floors throughout, two completely new bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining area. The views from both the front terrace and the roof terrace are breathtaking and you can spend hours just sitting peacefully taking it all in.

Fabulous Property! Fabulous Resort

The property is situated within the community of Los Molinos on La Manga Club Resort. The resort is a protected little bubble in a country still suffering from a severe recession. Everything you could possibly need is on it. A good choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It's clean, friendly and safe.

Los Molinos has its own private community pool with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and natural shade as well as a bar/restaurant with its own facilities. This was absolutely perfect. We very quickly fell into a routine of going to the pool mid-morning, having a coffee, going for a swim, having lunch, going for a swim, having a drink, going for a swim and then eventually leaving! The pool bar was very good value for money. The food was delicious and the staff a delight! We ate there most lunchtimes.

We even went to the Flamenco Night at the pool bar on Thursday night. What a brilliant night that was and everyone - tourists and residents alike - were all very friendly. And the food was again delicious and great value for money.

Turning to the property itself, it is exactly how it is described and perfectly adequate for a holiday. There was plenty of wardrobe space, ample hot water and all the appliances worked. It was also very clean and well-presented. The ground floor balcony provided necessary shade during the day whilst the roof top terrace allowed you to sit in the evening sunshine if you wished to. The only minor negative, which didn't affect us, is the lack of garden although the owner intends to convert the garden area in front of the villa into a paved courtyard so they can put a bistro table and a couple of chairs there to give another seating area.

Notwithstanding following the detailed step-by-step instructions we couldn't get the TV to work and so reported it to Marena Murray (the Managing Agents) on the Monday. They organised an engineer within a few hours and the poor man spent an hour and a half crawling around on his knees fixing it. So I can't fault them at all. Very helpful and friendly staff.

So all in all, a great resort and a fabulous property. The only other minor negative I can think of is that La Manga Club Resort is set on a hillside and so there are a number of steps and steep slopes, but that is no fault of the owners and they made it absolutely clear to me when I booked.

Excellent choice

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. It is towards the higher part of Los Molinos so further from the pool but superb far-reaching views from the terrace. Restaurant at the Los Molinos pool excellent for lunch. Helen the owner was incredibly helpful - the booking, arrival, and departure processes were very easy.

Great Villa

We had a really lovely time at the villa. I thought it was very well equipped and we immediately felt at home. The villa had everything we needed - alongside dishwasher and wifi it even had a bat and ball for the beach! There are a reasonable number of steps (same for all of Los Molinos) but no real problem and dinner on the secluded balcony overlooking the Mar Menor was spectacular.

Overall, it was a really super time and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent time had by all

Our first time at LMC and it may be hard to beat this two bedroom villa accommodation. Arrangements were expertly and efficient carried out by the owner. The description and photos payed justice to this modern refurbished villa, it was immaculate. The views were magnificent and the location at Los Molinos pool and restaurant were,I believe, one of the best at the resort. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend, we best book early!

Los Molinos

Having stayed in La Manga for the past few years this villa was absolutely perfect. The views from both terraces are one of the best in LMC. Peace and tranquility alongside the ability to find all sorts of sports and activities within the area. The villa was exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. You do have some stairs to get to from the road, however the views are absolutely worth it. The booking process and updates form the owner are also very reassuring.

Great Villa, Views, Location Etc

A really great villa. Just freshly refurbished and has attention to detail. Unlike the other villas, this is very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living area. A home from home experience. Lovely bed linen which is a must for a long stay holiday! Pleasantly furnished and equipped. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely return to this villa. Accommodating owners which is a must also. Many thanks!

Changeover Day:
Saturday or Sunday are the preferred changeover days but flexibility will be offered depending upon other bookings. Villa will be available from 4pm on date of arrival and would need to be vacated by 10am on the date of departure to allow for cleaning.

Discounts will be given on pricing for any bookings made of more than two weeks. Contact owner for information.

Please note that our prices are inclusive of a welcome pack, air conditioning, wifi, towel/linen change mid-stay on bookings of two weeks or more. There are no hidden extras within our pricing structure.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. In event of cancellation within the 8 week period then a full refund will only be made if we obtain a suitable replacement booking. All payments are made direct to the owner via BACS.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

There is also full reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning with separate controls in the living room and both bedrooms. The property benefits from discounted golf and tennis fees. The 24 hour security both at the entry to the Manga club and on the club as a whole gives older children and teenagers a level of independence they would maybe not enjoy elsewhere, whilst giving parents peace of mind that their children are safe. LMC has been voted the Safest Resort in Europe several times in recent years. Outside: Both terraces are equipped with table and chairs. There is also a barbecue on the front terrace and two sun loungers on the roof terrace. The front terrace at the lounge level is accessed through patio doors. The roof terrace is accessed via an internal spiral staircase. The communal swimming pool is reached through traffic free landscaped gardens. There is ample car parking close to the villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, tea towels & bed linen are provided. Rental includes entry & exit clean by our local management company. Towels & linens changed mid-stay in bookings of two weeks. Additional cleans & linen changes can be arranged at extra cost.
