A corner apartment which is part of a small residential complex with a terrace view of a lovely shared pool and private parking space adjacent to the front door. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and a less than 10 minutes stroll from the beach.

We picked Costa Teguise as it has a bit of everything. Friendly bars, great restaurants, beautiful coastline, choice of water sports and plenty of places of interest. All within a stroll, cycle or short car journey.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from the airport, with the sea on your doorstep and is only 1 of 25 apartments in a quiet residential complex so is not full of holiday makers. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

4 stars, this apartment is on a very quiet complex and is equipped to a very high standard, it is large and immaculately clean. Dave and Sally can not do enough to ensure you have an excellent break. The lounge overlooks a private patio with extensive sea views. Various shops and bars within two minute stroll and the beach no more than 10 minutes stroll with huge choice of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be returning. Steve March 2013.



We have stayed at this complex before so knew what to expect. The apartment provides for every need a budget conscious family. The beach is 10 mins walk, which has water sports and bike hire. My husband particularly liked the fact that could bring his bike and had a separate secure area to keep it. The pool is a great asset as you are usually the only family using it !!!

Outside: Patio is facing the shared pool and very often only you will be the occupants using the pool. There is a table and chairs and sunloungers on the patio. Utility Room: Washing machine and washing line in solana. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, apartment is cleaned on arrival. Extra towels and linen can left if requested for a small charge. Additional cleaning can be provided for a charge payable on arrival. Other: From the dining area leading onto the terrace with views of the pool, town and sea.

ground Floor flat Costa Teguise

The property was spacious enough and was in a quiet area. However there was a neglected feel about it which was disapointing. Couldn’t change sheets for a fortnight. Welcome pack consisted of 2 small cans of SAN Miguel and a carton of long life milk. There was some ancient coffee in a plastic box and several teabags. Thank goodness I had brought my own. Anyway I hate negativity but it was a bit of a let down. On the positive side it could have been worse. Flat needs a deep clean. Forgot to add that the hot water runs out before 3 people can have a shower.......bigger boiler maybe?

We stayed at the apartment for a week. The apartment was a lot larger than the pictures show and well equipped. There was quite a big balcony with sea views. The pool area looked really nice and well kept but unfortunately the weather was not warm enough for us to use. My only criticism would be that larger towels would be nice.

The apartment is well located with a couple of restaurants a short walk away and about 10mins walk into the centre and beach with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Dave & Sally were very helpful - met us at the airport and took us back and arranged car hire for us.

We would certainly come for another stay.

The apartment has everything you would need . fully equippped . close to some really nice resturants and bars . i would totally recomend staying here . its in the best part of lanzarote .i have been a few times over the years and we actually felt relaxed staying here

Fabulous apartment

Our 3rd stay in the apartment. Spotless and well looked after. Everything you could need for your holiday. Good British tv system and wi-fi. The complex pool has just been completley refurbished. Our children didnt want to go home again!!! Thanks so much Sally and Dave for all your help. See you next year

Lovely apartment , in nice settings

This property has everything you need in a lovely complex which was kept very clean. Apart from being spacious, it is very tastefully decorated and furnished. It also has television and wifi. Although it is a bit of a walk to the beach area, a 5 minute walk takes you to the Spar shop where you can get all you will need for your stay, there is also ample eating places in this area. This is not the first time I have stayed at this apartment and if visiting this area again it would most definitely be here.

Wind surfing is very popular on this side of the island also the awe-inspiring wonders of Timanfaya National Park. Cesar Manrique Art Museum is in Costa Teguise.

Coast/Beach:

10 minute walk from the sandy beach, dive and windsurfing schools run along this part of the island.

Travel:

Arrecife is a 20 minute drive to Costa Teguise, an airport transfer can be organised if required.

Distances:

Apartment is 2 mins from nearest shop, 5 mins from supermarket and bars and 10 mins stroll to the beach with a vast range of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Further Details:

Go karting in San Bartolome is very popular, Rancho Texas Park is a zoo and water park fun for all the family.
