About the property

Villa in Oasis de Nazaret, Nr. Teguise, Lanzarote - Secluded Location With Panoramic South Westerly Views To The Sea, Children Ages 3 And Under Go Free!

This is a splendid three-bedroom villa situated in the desirable Canarian village of Oasis de Nazaret. It has the advantage of being situated next door to Casa Christophe and a short walk to Villa Lulu, making it ideal for large family holidays. It affords spectacular views over the rolling countryside and multi coloured mountains, down to the sea. It is 15 minutes drive to the golf courses and to the beach in Costa Teguise. Plenty of privacy in the villa due to the layout, the fact that the villa is not overlooked and is not on a main road. Pool area has artificial grass to avoid burning your feet and making it comfortable for toddlers. Barbeque area nicely tiled with plenty of garden furniture. The villa is extremely child friendly. All baby equipment provided for a small charge.

About Peter

We have lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years and are a family run company. We are on hand 24 hours per day in case you need us but we are far enough away to leave you to enjoy the freedom of having a villa holidays. Why choose Nazaret? It is a typical Canarian village with a mixture of sophisticated and typical restaurants, is very near to anywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. We have had clients who have lost their passport or become ill but have always been there to deal with things and get them home again. We are on call 24 hours per day and can arrange most things for our clients.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi ,

We had a potential catastrophe when my mother discovered she'd lost her

passport on the day of departure but Mark's total devotion to the

welfare of residents saved the day. The way Mark swung into action:

driving to Soo to check the car; telephoning a contact at the airport;

taking us to the Guardia Civil; taking Mum to the photographers and all

of us to the Consulate and then to the airport (skilfully) at high speed

saved the day for us. Mark was not prepared to leave it at that, he

parked the car and came back to check we were able to board (by the skin

of our teeth) and he clearly cared about what he was doing for friends

as well as residents. What Mark did was incredible, the time he devoted

and the effort and his obvious caring about what he was doing. We really

felt rescued, looked after and protected. My other is 85 years of age

and things could have been so much worse for us. Here we are back home

and Mark is already a legend. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Great villa and super support from the owners

  • 5 of 5

This is the second time we have been to Lanzerote, and as is was a short week we decided that something familier was the way to go to be relaxed as soon as possible. As with our last trip being such a great success we had no problem contacting Peter the owner and booking into one of his villas. He collected us from the airport so there was no waiting around. Took us to the villa, showed us round and gave us the keys to a car for the week. We then had a great relaxed week with Peter popping by to clean the pool and then to pick us up at the end of the week to drop us back to the airport. Great service in a well equipped villa. If we go to Lanzerote gain we will be staying here!

Amazing Villa, outstanding location

  • 5 of 5

This family run business gives exceptional value for money, service and good old fashioned hospitality. From being collected from our flight, driven to our villa and welcomed into an outstandingly clean villa set the tone of of holiday from day one. On the short journey from the airport to knowledgeable Manager gave us a hint of the history of the Island and where to eat of their recommendations. In the villa the Manager went through how everything works, gave us his 24 hour call number and left us to settle in. It was lovely to lay in bed having morning coffee watching our children playing in the garden a few feet away. We did not do much sightseeing because the children spent most of the day in the pool and come evening we went out to explore the local restaurants which we found very child friendly and inexpensive The location of this beautiful villa was set in a typical Canarian village and at no time did we feel worried or anxious when the children were not close at hand. The villa is not on a main road so we did not have to worry about noisy traffic or late night music. The villa was well stocked for the modern family and our Manager kept a respectable distance but we felt content to know that if we had any difficulties he would be there. We will visiting this villa again without doubt. Our compliments to the staff who keep things running so well. The villa is very near to everywhere including a short walk to the famous Lagomar Restaurant.

Great Two weeks holiday again!!

  • 5 of 5

Yet again this year I for this little gem. Lovely villa with all the necessary amenities and your own private pool. Great value for money. Car hire arranged through peter at a very good price, note not new cars but they get you around the island to see the sights. Peter is on hand if you have any issues , which i may add are also sorted out quickly .Keep up the good work. Also great bonus is that you are met and dropped back to the airport by peter at no extra cost.

my husband and i have been returning year after year to lanzarote and still find hidden gems to visit.

2 weeks of Autumn sunshine

  • 4 of 5

We chose Lanzarote because it was one of the few places that offered a good chance of sun in October, and then looked for a house that would soften the blow if the good weather failed to materialise. We ended up with great weather and a great house. The location (in the heart of the island) was ideal for exploring, and the pool was perfect for washing the salt and sand out of your hair. We had a great couple of weeks.

Location

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

The Island is excellent for water sports, most kinds of which can be found in the vicinity from diving to kite surfing. There is one golf course nearby and a further one in Puerto del Carmen. Parts of the Island are used for Olympic training and it is great for keen runners and cyclists. There are many stables located on the Island, offering horse riding for adults and children. Surfing and kite surfing are extremely popular. The Island is volcanic in origin and has a landscape which is unlike any other. The National Park of Timanfaya preserves the centre of the volcano and is open to visitors who wish to see how the volcano remains smouldering or to enjoy a meal cooked by the heat of the volcano alone. For keen artists there are many sculptures dotted around the Island and a museum set up in memory of Caesar Manrique who was Lanzarote's resident modern artist/ for many years. As Lanzarote is such a small Island, nowhere is far away so you can enjoy everything the Island has to offer.

Coast/Beach:

The Island is very small so it is easy to get anywhere. Ten minutes by car to Costa Teguise beach and twenty minutes from Puerto del Carmen beach. You can take a drive down to the beautiful marina in Puerto Calero where there is a whale museum and a spar where you can go and spend the day being pampered. You can also take a trip on the glass bottom boat from Puerto Calero. If you enjoy surfing you can visit Famara which is the longest surfing beach on the Island and a hit with the locals.

Travel:

It is 20 minutes by car from the airport. A car is recommended so that you can benefit from all that Lanzarote has to offer. Car hire is very reasonable and if necessary we can arrange it for you. If you arrange your car hire through us we will arrange for a car to be at the airport for your arrival. The roads to the villa are very well laid out. Our manager is always happy to collect you from the airport if required.

Distances:

Five minutes drive to the old Capital 'Teguise'. As the Island is so small it is not far to anywhere, there are also boat services to other Islands if you fancy a day on a different Canary Island. There is also a water park in nearby Costa Teguise. There are two gold courses on the Island plus a riding school. Most areas in Lanzarote can be reached in 45 minutes by car. The parrot park is a must for people with children, it has many different kinds of animals including penguins and meercats.

Further Details:

There are restaurants in the village one being the old house that was once owned by Omar Sharif and doubles as a museum and has an excellent reputation for it's food and music with both locals and tourists. There is also a local social club, which offers inexpensive cuisine to eat in or take away, the menu is in English and Spanish and very child friendly. The Manager of the villa is English speaking and is on call seven days a week. He will visit you shortly after your arrival and will then leave you to your own devices unless you should need his services for any particular reason. Should you wish, for a reasonable sum, the manager will pick your luggage up from the airport for you and return it to the airport on the day of your departure. We also offer a shopping service whereby we will make sure that, on arrival, you have all the essentials which you will need for your holiday. We will also provide you with a hot meal so that you need not concern yourself with cooking when you get to the villa at the start of your holiday if required. The Health service is very good here should you need it and excellent treatment can be received by using your E111 of Health passport. Most doctors surgery's have specialist doctors for children and the local hospital is just ten minutes away. There are many opportunities to join in local carnivals or music festivals where all are welcome. The Island is extremely child friendly and in most restaurants you will find that both parents and children are made welcome whatever the time of day. The villa is situated is an extremely safe residential village where you do not need to worry about your safety and like most Canarian villages you will be made welcome and treated well. Accommodation Insurance! Your holiday guaranteed, if your airline cannot fly to or from one of our holidays we will either re-schedule your holiday or extend your stay on the Island for Free!*

There is plenty to do for those of you who like to be active.
