A 3 bedroom villa with private pool and garden, situated in a rural area, overlooking mountains and close to the sea and beautiful, safe beaches.
It has a quiet location in the well maintained Mazarron Country Club within easy reach of many activities and places of interest.
The master bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite with a further double and twin bedroom and family bathroom , downstairs. WIFI and cable TV is included together with full air conditioning and fans in every room.
On the Country Club, there is a restaurant/bar, various games facilities to cater for all ages. There is a supermarket and a large communal pool which is open in the summer perfect for family holidays.

lovely villa

The villa was as described, spacious and well-equipped and the pool was excellent. The living area and all the bedrooms have air conditioning which was very welcome. The outside area is large enough to find sun or shade all day. The Country Club, on which the villa is situated is very clean and quiet. There are great beaches in Puerto de Mazarron, many of which are sheltered and gently sloping.. There are some good restaurants and El Faro is worth a visit for the fantastic view. Thank you, a great holiday in an excellent villa!

Summer stay

We had a very good holiday, the property was as listed after an initial mix up with property manager we had a great time, as it was a very hot week the pool was well used, outdoor furniture and sunbeds again well used, as we had a baby with us we were grateful for washing machine and television. In all a very enjoyable time.

Lovely quiet villa away from the madding crowd

Our first time in a private villa in a quiet area was a good choice and we would book again . Location was reasonable ,(for our needs) villa was lovely and adequate for our needs and the pool was great , the kids loved it and didn’t want to go anywhere else. We did spend a few days on the beach , the best in our opinion was at the very end of the port side from the Amirillo road end . Free parking at the kids playground and although some strong currents and swells it was safe for our kids as it has a gentle sloping decline ,even for granny who can’t swim was in quite far and yet still only up to her waist . Lifeguards here in summer and a very reasonable priced beach bar and toilets . It was so hot (30-35) every day first 2 weeks July so we went to the beach at 6pm until even 10-12 pm and still 28 degrees at midnite . Lots of families on the beach late eve and feeling of good local community and safe .sea was unbelievely warmer than our pool .mazarron port was nice and lively and lovely prom with a plethora of bars and a few shops . Sat night sees a night time street market on the prom, it was buzzing and until after midnite . Plenty of supermarkets ,consum ,Lidl and Aldi are all over .all in all a great relaxing 2 weeks rest for our family and would recommend Anne’s villa and Mazarrón to any family .

Thoroughly enjoyable

Overall very happy with the stay at the property. Very clean and well kept. Property manager available and helpful. It was unusually hot - probably a few degrees more than average. The only issue was the heat in the house. We did as advised - kept shutters closed as much as possible to keep sun out, but the only air con unit is in the living room. The bedrooms have roof fans, which are not very good if circulating warm air. The upstairs bedroom was particularly hot at night. To be fair, in "normal" conditions I imagine the living room unit, allowed to circulate could probably generate enough cool air but because of the temperatures (up to late 30s), there were times when it was very uncomfortable for the kids. Overall though extremely satisfied. Both owner and manager were courteous and prompt in their responses. We have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Loved our stay!!!!

Exactly what we were looking for!!!! Lovely villa in a nice quiet estate for relaxing in through the days .then a stones throw away beautiful beaches and restaurants at the Marina port of mazarron.Highly recommend!!!!

Why they chose this property

We bought our villa because Mazarron is a very Spanish area with mountains and the coast close by. The climate in the winter is warm and sunny. There are lots of beautiful beaches in the area and plenty of summer activities available. There is a good selection of golf courses within an hours drive with one only 5 minutes away.
The large, historical towns of Cartagena, Murcia .and Lorca are interesting for site seeing or shopping and are an easy drive from the villa.
The nearby mountains of the Sierra Espuna have a wealth of walks and mountain trails for biking and exploring.

What makes this property unique

The site is beautifully maintained and secure and is quiet to enable you to relax and unwind. The villa has mountain views and is only 10 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the shops. We have a private pool and there is also a large tropical communal pool, tennis courts, petanque and on site restaurant a few minutes walk away.
