Nice cottage in good location for town and beach but needs some TLC.Paintwork peeling in several rooms ,Towel rail rusty in bathroom,Lacking a microwave in kitchen,Gas Safe certificate out of date by3 months.Several more things but only small faults could be a lovely cottage with more upkeep.
We had a great bank holiday weekend stay in this lovely, clean and well-located cottage. Helen was a wonderful hostess and communicating with her was very easy because she replied almost instantly to everything. The kids loved the cottage too and keep asking when we can go back. I plan to book it again next year! Thanks @Helen.

About the host
Hosted by Helen Rogerson
My husband and I live in Suffolk with our three children.
Why they chose this property
Aldeburgh has always been a home from home for me, as my parents owned a holiday cottage around the corner from Charlotte's Cottage as far back as the sixties, and all our summers were spent here.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is ideally located for the beach, high street, tennis courts and sailing club which are all within easy walking distance. It's a great place for children and cycling, and with so many good restaurants, pubs and shops in the town there really is no need to get in the car.
