A perfect choice either for a Winter Golfing holiday or a fabulous Summer escape destination. As it is located within the renowned Golden Triangle the vast selection of amenities are all within close proximity like golf, beach, restaurants, shops... all on your doorstep. The interior decoration is exquisite and sophisticated but at the same time warm and welcoming. Set in its own landscaped gardens with a lovely pool, patios and a great BBQ area outside activities are well catered for. Quinta do Mar resort is located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, amenities such as golf, restaurants and shopping centres are only a short drive away. There are tennis courts and a football pitch as part of the Quinta do Mar Resort. There is also Security Guard Patrols 24/7.

I can honestly say that this is the best villa I have stayed in .. a lot of villas are poorly decorated but this one is beautifully furnished - some of the light fittings are pure works of art!

The location was perfect too - close to beach and amenities and yet it was so calm and peaceful - no development behind it, only pine trees!

A return visit is on the cards.....

The beautiful Ancao beach can be seen from the entrance to the resort and is 5 minutes walk through the pine trees. The resort has a private tennis court and Astroturf soccer pitch for sole use of residents. There are many lovely beach restaurants within walking distance.


20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car recommended but not essential.Excellent local taxi service.Beach restaurants within walking distance and 2 hotels.

If you google : "Quinta do Mar" on google maps you will see what great position it is in.


Villamora marina 10 mins away.

Beautiful cliff walks near Albuferia 30 mins drive.

Lots of cycling tracks - Ria Formosa just minutes from your door.

Very large number of excellent restaurants within 10 mins drive.

Local limousine taxi company Algarve T always available.

For young adults excellent popular night club in Vale do Lobo 5 mins drive.
