First Christmas away in a comfortable, well presented Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Our first Christmas away from home and Castle Cottage was lovely, quite spacious, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently situated. It is a very clean and well maintained property and we recommend it to all families. The beds are comfy, the rooms are all a good size.

Location is very good Shopping straight through the back gate onto Sainsbury`s behind the house. The town centre on Christmas Eve was fantastic a real Christmassy feel with the fake snow being blown in to the street! It was easy to walk to the beaches, the promenade, and to use everything in the town.

We visit Tenby often and it`s a lovely place, this pleasant cottage made our stay even better!! All in all, a fantastic first Christmas away from home and we highly recommend this property.

Quiet location but close to all amenities.

The house was lovely, quite spacious, comfortable, well equipped and so conveniently situated. It also has a lovely sunny rear garden with a BBQ.

Thank you for arranging such fine weather for most of our stay!

We would happily stay again.

Very lovely and recommendable cottage for a family and others

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is very well established for 6 persons with rich equipped kitchen and living room with many dvd's even for children.

Its very caring, clean and well-maintained, we recommend it to all families, even with little children, but also with elder ones.

Location is very good, center 3 minutes to go, the sea five minutes to go, shopping behind the house, parking behind the house (3 £ a day).

comfortable, well presented with excellent access

  • 5 of 5

When we booked we didn't fully realise how great the location is. It was easy to walk to the beaches, the promenade, and to use everything in the town. Perfect because when travelling with young children you need flexible and adaptable space with minimal hassle.

Tenby is an easy spot with young children - there is a nice little cafe where you can get breakfast just a hundred yards from the back door and a little craft cafe next door. It is a good place when the weather is "mixed" as it was during our week. But there are things to do nearby for children of all ages (we had a 10 month old, a nearly two year old and a seven year old).

The local Sainsburys is on the doorstep, the best fish and chip shop just around the corner and it was easy to come and go from the front and back of the building with buggies and young children. We made good use of local take-aways, and there is a huge variety to choose from.

The house is very nicely decorated, clean and fresh, light and airy. The beds are comfy, the rooms are all a good size - perfect for fitting in cots and baby paraphernalia.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped and everything in good working order. A cot and high chair were available.

The garden is paved, but that meant no muddy footprints and a useful place to dry towels and play football.

There is parking very nearby - just by the back gate. You can buy a ticket for the week to use at all the council run car parks (£20) which can be used in other nearby towns too (but not Saundersfoot unfortunately).

Lovely early summer break

  • 4 of 5

A lovely cottage with everything you could need and so comfortable and spacious. We had a one year old with us and were pleased to have the use of a high chair, a travel cot and most importantly a safety gate. Tenby is a lovely place and this pleasant cottage made our stay even better. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, lovely well-organised house

  • 5 of 5

Our second year in this lovely house. As last year, the house was clean with everything necessary to make this a home from home. The location is perfect: 10 mins on foot to south beach and a supermarket just through the back gate. Thank you Tom for great customer service. Prada family, Lugano.
