Treetops is located just a few hundred metres from Swanpool Beach Nature Reserve.
The large detached property includes two gardens, ample parking for multiple cars and easily sleeps 8 in four very large bedrooms. Beds can be configured as singles or superkings so please let us know your choose when booking.
Three bedrooms have ensuites and all showers operate simultaneously which means there is no fight for the shower after a day on the beach!
The large lounge contains two over-sized sofas and two comfortable chairs making it suitable for large families or groups. The loung includes a 55" wall mounted smart TV, SKY+, free Netflix films and a DVD player and log burner.
The large open plan kitchen is the heart of the house and includes a 5 gas ring range cooker with wok burner and huge dining area. The central island includes seating and offers a great social space.
Treetops is a reverse level property that was built in 2012 in a "New England" style. It has a fully vaulted ceiling creating a light & airy environment for guests.
The gardens provide a safe and private place for kids to play. There is a new, for 2016, BBQ and sun terrace.
Falmouth town centre is less than a mile away, the beach is a 400m walk and Falmouth Golf Club is directly opposite. a 9-hole Pitch & Putt is just up the road.

This was a great find for a special family holiday. Lots of space and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and spotless. Lovely swanpool beach a short walk away and a very doable coastal walk to Falmouth. Even had sunshine! Thank you Jane and family.
Absolutely stunning - a real gem and touch of luxury
We had such a wonderful stay at Treetops. The house exceeded our expectations. Simply put we loved our stay there and have no hesitation in recommending.
It's location is perfect for getting to the Falmouth beaches within 5 mins.

Excellent well equipped spacious house for 8
Clean, modern, comfortable house in a quiet area close to Swanpool beach. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for the 8 of us. We would definitely recommend this property as a holiday home.
Amazing house and beautiful location
My family and I had an amazing week staying at Treetops, which is a perfect house for a family get together. The house is extremely comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for family of all ages. The location is great within a short distance to beaches and Falmouth town. We had a wonderful holiday and thanks to Jane and Simon for everything. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely stunning property with fantastic amenities ideal for friends or family close to the beach
We arrived on a very grey damp Thursday in January to a very welcoming warm, and lit ground floor of the stunning Treetops. This house is well maintained and cared for and makes you feel at 'home' as soon as you walk through the front door. The bedrooms are all of a good size, the beds are so comfortable and the showers are fantastic, there is also a utility room on the ground floor although we did not use this. The first floor rooms are also well maintained and obviously cared for! There was tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice and a lovely cake waiting for us. The facilities in the kitchen are ideal for a large party and the appliances are all of a high specification, ample fridge and freezer space for a long stay and if you are feeling adventurous there is a raft of cook books in the book case in the dining area. If you have children in your party there are lots of toys & games in a very well stocked cupboard. If you need a quiet night in after a hard day at the beach or walking along the SW coastal path there are plenty of DVD's to choose from as well as Sky TV and Netflix! This house is so relaxing, Jane & Simon thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely property! We will return!!

Elemental is a Cornish adventure centre and based on Swanpool Beach. It offers range of water sports including sailing, kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, coastering, raft building, snorkelling and stand-up paddle boarding. If you or any of your family wants to learn how to really enjoy the water but are not sure how to get started, then a taster session is offered which allows you to try out a range of activities and see which one lights your fire. They also run Elemental also a Kids’ Clubs every day during the summer holidays. All sessions are run by fully qualified instructors who are experts at getting the most out of the young people they teach, from dare-devil adrenaline junkies to non-swimmers and those who have no previous experience of water sports. If you have already mastered the art of sailing, windsurfing or kayaking, you can hire the equipment and explore the beautiful coast around Swanpool at your own pace.
Swanpool Beach is 400m from Treetops. It is a pleasant and small, sheltered cove with excellent facilities. It is a predominantly sandy with some rocks...great for rock pooling! Facilities include toilets, a café, Elemental Watersports Centre with equipment hire and tuition, crazy golf, bouncy castle and a fish restaurant set into the hillside with wonderful sea views. Next to the beach is the nature reserve at Swanpool Lake, a popular spot for bird watchers.
Car: M5 to Exeter, A30, A39 to Truro then follow signs to Falmouth.
Rail: London Paddington to Truro Station connecting to Maritime line to Falmouth. Both Penmere and Falmouth Town railway stations are within 1.5 miles of the property.
Air: The nearest airport is Newquay, about 30 miles from Falmouth, which is served by flights from a number of UK airports. Car hire is available.
Ports: Falmouth is about 70 miles from Plymouth, which is served by ferries from France and Spain.

Take in the scenery on some of the beautiful coastal footpaths or take a stroll around the parks & gardens such as Falmouth's Kimberley Park, Fox Rosehill, Gyllyngdune or Queen Mary Gardens, or a short car ride will take you to Trebah, Glendurgan or Trelissick Gardens. The water and beach play a huge part of life in Falmouth with it's world class beaches of Gyllyngvase, Castle, Swanpool and Maenporth. Learn to sail, powerboat, dive, surf or paddle board, or hire a kayak or boat to explore all the creeks. Passenger ferries take trips to St Mawes, the Helford River & up the Fal River to the historic Pandora Inn & on to Truro. There are also fishing trips and the Orca Sea Safaris have coastal & wildlife trips to see whales, dolphins & other sea life. At the head of the Fal River is the Truro, the capital city of Cornwall. Truro Cathedral is magnificent and well worth a visit. Also located in Truro is the multi award-winning Hall for Cornwall which brings music, drama, theatre & dance to the county.

Please email or phone with all enquiries. A deposit of 25% of the rent is payable with booking and the final 75% 60 days before arrival. Personal cheques and bank transfers accepted. A refundable deposit of £500 must be paid with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of departure.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am please.

- Notes on accommodation: This is a family home and ideal for children. No smoking inside the property. Outside: The property has a garden to the front and rear of the property. Both have patios with garden furniture and are safe for toddlers. Utility Room: The utility area is located on the ground floor with access to the rear garden and includes washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and Ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, towels, beach towels are provided. The property is thoroughly cleaned and bed linen and towels changed weekly on Saturdays.
