We live in Hertfordshire, England with our 2 children, a dog

(cockapoo) and a ginger cat.

We bought our apartment 10 years ago after searching the whole of the Costa del Sol for the perfect location, we immediately fell in Love with El Manantial. Our children were 4 and 6 at the time so they have grown up having wonderful holidays and memories here, we have enjoyed so many fabulous holidays and made life long friends.

We now don't use the apartment as much as we used to owing to teenage children doing various other things, so we would like to offer it as a holiday home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We traveled to the Costa Del Sol many times in search of the perfect location and property before we decided on Elviria.

There is so much to offer in Elviria, beautiful beaches with beach side dining, fantastic restaurants, fabulous golf courses and amazing views.

The amenities are excellent too, with many supermarkets, banks and bars.

Marbella is just 10 mins drive and Puerto Banus is just 15 mins away. The roads are good here and everything is easy to find and get to.

Cabopino port is just 5 mins drive offering a really quaint little port with many restaurants and a beautiful beach and the old town of Mijas is 15 mins away offering the old charm of Spain.

So for the easy accessibility to everything and the mixture of old and modern Spain on your doorstep, thats why we choose Elviria

What makes this apartment unique

Our apart is ground floor with its own garden, perfect for relaxing in, with views over the beautiful landscape gardens.

We are central in the complex with all 4 swimming pools being only steps away. The grounds and space around El Manantial are one of the reasons we bought here, it never feels crowded and the gardens are magnificent and are tended regularly by gardeners.

We have gates all around the complex with electronic key pads making it feel completely safe and secure for both adults and children alike.

Restaurants, bars and shops are just 10 minutes walk away and the beach is a 15 minute stroll.

The Santa Maria Golf course is just next door perfect for a game of golf or just a relaxing evening in the bar and restaurant, there are tennis courts too which can be

The apartment is strictly no smoking, we ask guests to be careful of the furniture when applying suncream and please do not sit on the furniture with wet bathing costumes. TV, DVD/video player available in apartment, there are books, games and dvd's available for guests use. Outside: Beautiful landscape gardens surround this property, we have a large outside patio area with dining table and seating up to 10, we also have a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table perfect for relaxing with outside lights. There are 4 large pools all within steps of the apartment, each with its own toilet, sun loungers and parasols so you can choose a different pool every day! Utility Room: Washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels (not beach towels) and linen are provided, the apartment is cleaned before arrival and after each rental, extra cleaning can be arranged at a charge Other: Large south facing terrace with garden, equipped with 2 sun loungers. large dining table with seating up to 10, sofa, 2 arm chairs and a coffee table. Excellent relaxing holiday

Excellent equiped apartment set in beautiful gardens with 4 swimming pools. Handy for the best beaches in the area, while also close to the buzz of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Enjoyed a relaxing two week holiday with husband and teenage daughter - all needs catered for!

Elviria beaches are beautiful soft white sandy beaches, it is a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach or 3 minutes in the car. There are many beach bars and restaurants too.


Malaga airport is 40 minute drive away, Gibraltar airport is 1 hour away.


Elviria centre is 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive, there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Marbella is a 10 min car ride and Pto Banus is 15 min drive away. The old town of Mijas is a 15 minute drive and you can be in Gibraltar within an hour.

Close by there is La Canada which is a large shopping centre with an M&S, 7 screen cinema and bowling alley, with plenty of eating places.

Further Details:

Elviria is the perfect location to reach all along the coast. Within easy driving distance there is Nerja, Seville, Ronda and also a day tax free shopping in Gibraltar is only an hour away.

If your feeling energetic Adventure Amazonia has recently opened in Elviria, so you can spend time climbing tree's and zip wiring through the forest.
