A stunning 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with reverse air-conditioning which sleeps 6 at El Pinar at La Manga Club. Includes free wireless internet, satellite tv, ipod stereo and discount golf fees can be arranged. The roof terrace has a built in BBQ with sunbathing area. A fully equipped kitchen and shared swimming pool. Parking outside and lift to apartment. El Pinar is a small select development of apartments in the heart of La Manga Club in an elevated location with spectacular views to the Mar Menor and the North Golf Course. It is only a few minutes walk to the tennis & golf centre, supermarket and shops / restaurants. La Manga Club offers one of Europe’s best sporting facilities 3 x 18 holes golf courses, 28 multi-surface tennis courts, tennis and golf academies for all (booked in advance), par 47 Pitch’n’Putt for all the family, football centre, gym, squash, bowls, scuba school, cycle hire and luxury spa facilities with indoor pool.

We have been coming to La Manga club for 20 years on a timeshare and have really enjoyed it. Last year we decided to buy property for our home to be in 4 years time after early retirement. So this penthouse apartment is where we want to be and thus of a very high standard. Our children have grown up on holiday at La Manga club and have really enjoyed it, having learnt to swim, play golf and tennis over the years.

The penthouse apartment has been decorated and new equipment has been bought in March 2014, so is in great condition. It is a duplex arrangement with 2 levels, the bedrooms are on the first level and living / dining area on the top level with the roof top patio. It has a combined air conditioning, so cold and heat for all year round and additional radiators for the winter evenings. Outside: The rooftop with it's stunning views has a large patio off the living/dining area. The patio furniture consists of a dining table and 8 chairs. There are 4 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrellas. There is also a table tennis table. There is fitted BBQ area. The patio has high rails which are screened of with bamboo. From Bedroom 1 there is a small patio with table and 2 chairs. El Pinar has a community pool (not heated) with sunbeds on a large sunny terrace. Utility Room: Various cupboards have cleaning equipment / products, iron, ironing board, mop, broom, drying rack etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided (1 set per week per person), but not beach towels. The property is cleaned after departure and prepared for your arrival. A whole 2 week stay includes a mid-stay change of towels and linen.

Great apartment and great location. Near facilities but quiet at night. Good location for sport and ideal place to relax. Private and fully secluded sunbathing area. Will book again. Property clean and very well maintained. Thanks ++

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of £200 is paid to secure booking within 2 weeks of the booking and the balance due 6 weeks before the arrival day. It is advisable to contact me by phone before paying any money as an added security. Also a returnable security deposit of £250 is required fr a 1 week stay and £300 for a 2 week stay and will be returned after inspection of the property. Damages will be deducted from this money. Payment by bank transfer or cheque is required. Once the final balance has been settled directions and keys will be sent.

Changeover Day:
Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday and we request leaving by 10am and for arrivals not before 15.00 to allow for cleaning. Though depending on other bookings, we have great flexibility on days and time, please ask.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week and in pounds sterling inclusive of electricity (DUE to the very expensive electricity charges in Spain your price INCLUDES up to 50 euro a week, any more and you will need to pay the extra), water, internet, linen, towels (not beach towels) and a departure clean. See booking section for more details.
