Comfortable Holiday Home in Tintagel - Family Friendly With Beautiful Sea, Coastal And Countryside Views, Near To Coast Path & Beaches

Chylowen is a tastefully decorated and spacious family friendly holiday home, an easy five to ten minute walk from the centre of the historical village of Tintagel renowned for King Arthurs Castle. (Visit our website at www.chylowen-tintagel.co.uk) The property is set over three floors and is surrounded by stunning sea, coastal and countryside views with off road parking for two vehicles and storage for bikes or surfboards . The property comfortably sleeps 5/6 people plus a travel cot with a family bathroom and an ensuite master bedroom giving stunning views along the coast. There are two spectacular sandy beaches nearby at Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney, both now famous for surfing, and plenty more on the north coast all within driving distance. You can explore further afield with Boscastle, Port Isaac, Newquay, Bude and the famous Eden Project an easy drive away. The coast path is just a five minute walk from the house. Owned, cleaned and maintained by ourselves, a local family with many years of experience providing quality holiday accommodation, who live just a few doors away from Chylowen and are always on hand.

I have lived in Tintagel all of my life. My husband and I feel very fortunate to live in what we consider to be the most beautiful part of the country. I worked for the local District and Parish Council until recently and at the Tintagel Visitor Centre, and my husband runs our own engineering business.

Lovely house, beautiful location, friendly and accommodating owners

We would definitely recommend this holiday home, which was ideally situated, well equipped and spacious enough for our family of six. The owners were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We have already booked it for a few weeks next year!

Lovely House Great Location

We loved it here and may well return! It is very well equip and very spacious and comfortable. We loved how well situated it was for lovely beaches and exploring Tintagel itself. Excellent and we would highly recommend it!

clean,welcoming, simply gorgeous

We have nothing but praise for the property, as described in the photos and information, perfectly placed for us to travel sightseeing in surrounding towns and villages absolutely love Tintagel lovely cafes and restaurants plenty to see, lovely gestures from Sue with the courtesy visit and the bottle of wine such a warm and thoughtful lady, would definitely recommend.

Home from Home,

Good communication with Sue, lovely, clean, spacious house, fantastic views, private garden, so convenient for exploring Tintagel, and coastal path! Family of four with two teenages,, who had enough space each!

Fantastic weather, week wasn't long enough,! Great value for money!

Tintagel Castle, was amazing, visited it twice!

Fantastic Cottage well located and equipped

Spectacular

What a find The property is absolutely gorgeous and spotless has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. The views are amazing and the location is superb beautiful walks everywhere.

We could not have landed luckier The owner Sue Moth is a delightful lady whose customer service skills are wonderful. Tintagel has more than we expected in the way of pubs restaurants, lovely little shops, The castle is spectacular. We could not find fault with anything. We had a fantastic time during our stay and the property just made it all the better. A huge thank you to the owners. Will definitely be back. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone

The sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand is just a 15 minute walk via the coast path. Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Widemouth Bay and Bude are all within a pleasant and scenic 30 minute driving distance.
