South facing Villa in a beautiful and quiet area in the Costa del Sol. 6x4m private pool very sunny all day. Fully equiped with everything you could need for a relaxing enjoyable break. WI-FI, alarm and safe. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, big terrace and outdoor área, garage... Near to public transport (train and bus), supermarket, bar, restaurant, takeaway,... No car needed, the villa is on a higher level from the road, access by stairs. We will welcome you at the villa on arrival to give you all the necessary information and I will be available during your stay if you may need any help.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in summer 2015 and enjoyed it so much that we booked for another 2 weeks this year. Ana & Conchi are great owners and the experience from making the initial enquiry to booking and looking after us whilst on holiday was excellent.

The villa has all everything to ensure you have a great relaxing holiday. Our group was 8 adults and there is so much room around the property. The train station is a 5 min walk away and the train goes straight into Malaga Airport. There is a supermarket down the road and the beach and restaurants are a short walk away.

The only thing to point out to potential visitors is that there is a hill running up from the supermarket / train station, which could be difficult for the elderly. However we did take our Mum who is 72 and had no problems.

We regularly holiday in Villas and this is the best one that we have been to.

The other reviews say it all - Excellent villa, ideal location and stunning views. We'd let Ana know that one of the outdoor parasols was missing and in a few hours she returned with a new one! - Hope to return.

Excellent Villa

The villa was really excellent with everything we required for our weeks stay provided. It is very well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. It's an uphill walk from the beach and shops with further steps up to the villa but we know this before we arrived so it was no problem. The customer service was also excellent. Conchi met us at the train station and took our luggage to the villa she also returned our luggage to the station at the end of our stay.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. We will certainly return.

The best Villa in Spain

This is the best Villa I have ever booked! Perfect for a large family and Ana & Conchi are the most helpful owners I have ever delt with! The villa has outstanding sea views - air Con in every room and it's 2 minutes from Torrablanca Train Station! It's built on a hill so a little uphill walk when your coming home but! You don't need a car here and that's a great saving!! Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We spent a week in this villa in September and had a wonderful time. It is very well equipped and very clean. The owners were on hand to answer any questions from the first enquiry before booking until the taxi picked us up to return to the airport, nothing was too much trouble for them, they even purchased a list of goods from the supermarket for our arrival as we arrived on a Sunday when the shops would have been shut. All rooms were light and airy and air conditioned. The views are breathtaking. There is a good size pool which was very clean and there are good quality loungers. There are a lot of steps at this property, which we knew about before we booked so we were prepared for it. It is up quite a steep hill so we walked down to the beach (around 10 minutes) and got a taxi back up as one of our party struggles to walk too far. The taxi was between 5 and 6 euros. The taxi rank is opposite the supermarket so was ideal after we did the 'big shop' on the first day, the taxi driver even loaded our shopping. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and a very cheap way to travel from town to town, we used it most days. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in the costa del sol.

Superb modern holiday villa

Our family have just returned for a 2 week stay at the villa and, having been renting holiday villas now for almost 20 years, have to say the this has to be the best one ever.

From the initial booking through to leaving the villa at the end of our holiday the whole process was trouble free and the help and communication from Conchi and Ana was excellent.

The villa is immaculately clean and all rooms are very spacious. The air-con which is in all rooms was very welcome in August and the units were unusually quiet.The pool is very clean and well maintained with ample sun loungers.

The location could not be better with the beach, supermarkets and a good variety of restaurants all within a five to 10 minute walk away.

The promenade is clean and is a lovely walk all the way to Fuengirola ( around 8 k if you are feeling fit)

All in all if asked what could be improved I would have to say that I cannot think of a single thing

Notes on accommodation: As a simple safety precaution we ask that adults do not allow children to use pool without supervision and close the stair gate when children are around. The garden and pool will need to be maintain at all times and would ask you please to understand that will need to access these areas during your stay to ensure your enjoyment. We will of course respect your privacy and be as quick and discreet as possible. Outside: Lower level terrace with private pool, sea views, sunbeds, barbecue and terrace table for 8.
