Holiday Apartment in Nueva Andalucia, walking distance to beaches and the marina port of Puerto Banus. There are golf courses nearby and many more in the local area. Local bowling club five minutes walk. Mountains on one side and the marina port on the other, local restaurants and a short distance away the restaurants and bars of Puerto Banus. Nueva Andalucia has a Saturday market outside the 'Centro Commercial' a few minutes walk away with a coffee shop and supermarket right next to the complex. Luxury modern apartment complex with two pools, one heated, and Andalusian style communal gardens. The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps 4-6, with a terrace, patio furniture and sunbeds, 2 bathrooms, wi-fi is installed, 24 hour security and secure garage parking. There is lift access up to the apartment from the garage. About June Webb

Ex- resident of Singapore, June began working with special needs children in 1992 and set up her own learning centre 10 years later. After many years working with special needs children, she kept trying to retire but it is difficult to turn the parents away when they come knocking on the door. The only solution was to leave and so she is now residing happily in San Pedro, about 15 minutes away from Puerto Banus. Before Asia, she lived in South America for many years and loves speaking Spanish and hopes to enjoy her retirement in Spain.

Love the climate, 300 days of sun each year! This area is green with mountains behind us and ocean in front of us. The best of all worlds.

What makes this apartment unique

Two lovely pools to choose from with a very sociable group of people to get to know. Handy for the town, close to the beach with fabulous promenades to stroll, excellent shopping opportunities, supermarket, restaurants and bars all less than 15 minute walk! Saturday is market day with a fabulous selection of stalls, all within handy reach of bars and coffee shops when the bags get too heavy! Night clubs and bars for the younger set in the port and just up the hill at Aloha Gardens, and an active crown bowls club a few minutes away for the less energetic amongst us. There is a bus service down to Puerto Banus and back and also into the next little town, San Pedro where the Spanish life style can be enjoyed to the full.

Outside: The complex has communal gardens and two swimming pools. The smaller one of which is heated. There are four rows of apartments from the front to the back with steps leading up from one row/level to the next, -2 at the front and 2 at the back. The complex is accessed to level 0 from the parking garage via a lift. Access from the front or back gates is via steps up or down to level 0 in the middle. Utility Room: Small drying/utility area with tumble dryer and storage of cleaning tools. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. The property is serviced before and after occupation, intermediate cleaning services can be arranged if required. Other: Large terrace off the living room with patio table and six chairs. Two sun loungers. Lovely view of the 'La Concha' mountain from the terrace.

Great Stay At CasaWebb

Property was well equipped and to a high standard, was quite and peaceful, it had air con in most if not all rooms which was most welcome, English TV channels was a bonus. The gardens were nicely kept and both pool areas were clean and tidy.

The area is great with some really good restruants and bars within 5 / 10 min walk, Porta Banus is not much further if you want things abit livelier, cab ride back to the apartment was really cheap aswell (if youv had a really good night and one is needed ;) ) im looking forward to returning asap.

Owner's Response: Yes, Aircon is a must have! All sleeping and sitting areas are equipped. Plus, in colder months, there is a heating panel in the master bedroom which does a great job of taking the edge off the chill and helps the aircons to keep the temperature comfy. Come again soon!

Brilliant apartment and location

Absolutely lovely spacious apartment in a great location. Within walking distance to a supermarket and the lively Puerto banus. Swimming pool and grounds immacutely kept. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great Apartment !

We had a great time at June's apartment, it had everything you could possibly want and was immaculately clean. There is a fab supermarket right next door and you can walk into the Port in 15 minutes (a taxi back cost us 5 euros). The pool area is also great for sunbathing. Great apartment !!

Our month in Banus

Beautiful apartment, lovely landlady. The apartment is well equipped, warm (for winter) and very comfortable. The uk TV and internet were a great bonus. We had an amazing month and can't wait to return.
