We live in South Yorkshire and have two children aged 13 and 8. We have been holidaying in Majorca since our children were small and love the Island and the area of Puerto Pollensa.

Why Lisa Russell chose Pollensa - Alcudia

We have visited Majorca lots of times and love the Island. We have stayed all over the island, however we fell in love with Puerto Pollensa for its quietness, the square and its many bars and restaurants. We looked at lots of apartments in Puerto Pollensa however we chose this one because of the large outdoor space - the garden and terrace and also because it is modern in style. Its great to throw open the patio doors to step out onto the large terrace to relax in the beautiful sunshine. We adore our second home and look forward to returning each time.

What makes this apartment unique

We love that everything is within walking distance so hiring a car is not a necessity. The main square is just a 10 minute stroll, and the lovely sandy beach is only a 15 minute walk. The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The large terrace and garden is perfect for bbq's and alfresco dining or relaxing in the warm sunshine. The square and the promenade are perfect to sit and relax day or night watching the world go by.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: towels and linen and end of stay cleaning is included within the price. Other: There is a large terrace and garden with direct access to the pool area. Superb Holiday !

What a super holiday we enjoyed at Edifico 7 ….the apartment is within a small two storey complex, set just on the edge of town against a backdrop of beautiful hills. This modern and contemporary apartment, a family owned establishment (excellent customer service in the booking), is situated in a secluded position providing privacy and peace within comfortable, well-equipped surroundings. The apartment, situated on the ground floor with all mod cons, benefits from its own pool, private garden, parking allocation and is within a 5 minute walk of a local supermarket. Pollensa itself surprised us, large enough to avoid being twee but small enough to wander round in a morning, and it has none of the feel of other towns which have succumbed under the sheer weight of tourism. The resort centre, has an attractive yachting marina and long promenade, where we witnessed a hive of activity during the day. Behind the promenade the narrow lanes lead to a multitude of restaurants and shops (not for me!), these just a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment. At night, we found the town takes on a totally different atmosphere, with restaurants of all nationalities and an excellent choice of bars (for us!)….we will definitely be back to this little gem!

Lovely holiday

We holidayed here with 2 of our daughters who are in their 20s. We didn't hire a car and found everything close enough for us with supermarket very near and we enjoyed the short 10 min walk to main square and beach.

Apartment is clean and modern and lovely to have direct access to pool as it's on ground floor and provision of 4 sun beds was great .

It was quiet and relaxing to come home to after a day out -

Perfectly relaxing holiday

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures, no nasty surprises or disappointment. We wanted a relaxing holiday close to town and this is exactly what you get here, great for relaxing at the apartment if you choose and a nice short stroll to town if you want to eat out. Also a short stroll to a couple of, very well stocked, supermarkets. Smooth transfer and access to the apartment too with the details provided by Lisa. Another thing we loved about this ground floor apartment is that you can lie out on your own garden area, have a dip in the pool when you fancy and also pop in for food/drinks without having to lock everything up. Really fantastic, we would highly recommend (and we're fussy!!!!).
