This Villa is situated in a quiet, mainly residential area with a large communal pool and tennis court. Specious enclosed gardens with BBQ and kids play area. 1 minute walking distance to El Zoco, Restaurants, bars, banks, taxi and supermarkets. 4 minute walk to the beach. 3 minutes drive to Cabopino Port and Several Golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Lovely surroundings and friendly, local residential area.
I am a very active older lady who takes pride in my garden and home. My daughter complains about my continuous D.I.Y habit around the house. This property has always been my main residence due to its fantastic location having all daily amenities on my doorstep.
As mentioned above, the most attractive features of this property are the 1 minute walk to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks and shops. That coupled with a short walk (less than 5 mins) to the beach made this an obvious purchase.
A very secure communal pool area which is never crowded ( even in August) and is gated with secure pass code for my grandchildren.
We arrived at the property slightly nervous as we had not used Owners direct before A although the owner had been very helpful and contactable in the lead up to our stay.
House was exactly as described and clean and welcoming.
Betty was delightful and so very helpful.
The property is situated off the main road but you wouldn't know once you are there. A lovely peaceful urbanisation with two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, restaurants and bars all within a 5 minute walk. Da Vincis and the Indian Takeaway (Spice Lounge) were really nice.
Accessible bus routes into Fuengirola.
Lovely communal pool which was very quiet - in spite of it being the holidays. All guests that we did meet were very friendly.
We are a family of four with two children (ages 6 and 3), and the house was perfect - using the downstairs bedroom as a playroom. The garden was lovely for dining in the evenings with a built in BBQ and all other conveniences such as washing machine, wifi, Sky TV.
Betty was fantastic and around in case we needed her - but completely giving us our space also. We would love to go back. A full recommendation for young families.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival by Bank transfer. A refundable security damage deposit of 150 Euros is required.
All cancellations made during deposit stage are non refundable as per standard booking terms and conditions.
