Townhouse in Beaune, Cote d'Or, Burgundy, France - Situated in a quiet residential street with on-street parking, yet a few minutes stroll to centre.

Maison Belin is a pretty 18th century typical Beaune townhouse with beamed ceilings. Recently fully restored to provide very comfortable accommodation, with fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms and central heating. Although situated in a quiet residential street, the house is only minutes walk from the historic town centre with its numerous restaurants (over 50) three of them Michelin starred, wine cellars, cafes and shops. It is only 10 minutes stroll also to the vast vineyards of the Cote d'Or in Burgundy. 100m from the house are the pretty Jardins des Verdures with its ancient city baths and shady, secluded seating.

"We spent a magical long weekend in Beaune staying in Maison Belin in May 2012. This lovely old town house is an ideal base from which to explore Beaune and the surrounding region. Perfectly set up for guests, providing all the comforts of home and a short walk from the centre of town.

Although we only saw the owner once for the hand-over of the keys, it was good to know she was in the same town in case we had any problems/questions and she also provided a few good restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again." Toby and Becks Atkinson.



We had two nights in this very pretty and beautifully furnished town house right in the historic area of Beaune. The house is very well equipped and the owners were very helpful and kind including a complementary bottle of wine! It is also a very short stroll to all the shops, restaurants and local wineries. I would definitely recommend this house for a base for a holiday or short stay in Beaune.

Great place to stay.

The location of this property is perfect for visiting the area. Easy walk into town (2 blocks). Lots of things to do. Vivienne was there to meet us and offered great advice on things to see and things to do. The apartment was great and very well taken care of. Lots of room and everything you need in the kitchen. The only draw back was parking. You have to pay 5.20 Euros for the day.

Excellent base in Beaune

The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We found parking out the front of the home each day...make sure you have coins for Euro 5-20 for the all day parking, the machines do not take notes and did not accept any of our cards.

We were able to walk to everything, we loved our walk all through the vineyards.

Vivienne was really easy to communicate with and has everything you will need in the house for a relaxed stay.

A delightful stay at a beautiful property in central Beaune

A beautiful property within walking distance of anything that you may want to do or visit. Owner Vivienne Holliday was friendly and helpful. The interior design of the house, with the living room on the top floor, makes sense when you are actually there. It was as advertised, well-appoimted.

Highlights included a visit to the Hospice and the Patriarche wine firm. We also had a very nice dinner, with friendly service, at Le Monge in the Rue Lorraine.

Thank you Vivienne for allowing us to stay in your lovely home! The location was perfect - an easy walk to everything within the city. The beds were very comfortable and rooms well decorated. Very pleasant stay. This was our first time in Beaune and it could not have been lovelier!

Particulièrement bien située à quelques pas du centre historique de Beaune, l'accueil de Vivienne était des plus chaleureux et ses conseils nous ont été fort utiles pour notre court séjour sur la Côte d'Or. Une maison bien équipée pour ceux qui désirent cuisiner quelques repas, lits confortables et décorée avec goût qui met en valeur le charme et la chaleur du quartier historique de la ville. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.
