This is a 3 bedroom, 2 storey villa with internal staircase. Situated in a quiet location in private grounds with good security and all amenities including a pool and off street parking. the villa is situated in secure surroundings with barbecue area and mature gardens.

Dear Sunseekers. My wife and I have owned villa Las Sirenas for 4 years and enjoy frequent holidays with friends and family and our grand children. We feel very privileged to own such a lovely houses in the sun and are pleased to share our villas with you.

Also on the same street three doors down we have our other villa Val this is the same layout as villa Las Sironas called Villa Val and sleeps 8 so a party of 14 people could enjoy the sun at calle olimpo Spain.

Excellent 3 bed villa with fabulous pool!

The best thing about arriving into Murcia Airport was that within 10 minutes we were at the villa. Alicante Airport is about 45 mins away. You don't hear any noise from aircraft whatsover all week which is good too! The villa is set in a quiet residential street. Security is brilliant - and it has a nice pool and sitting out area with a gazebo. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are a good size with loads of wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom here too. The sitting room/dining area/kitchen is all open plan. This worked really well for our groupl. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need to make a meal! Very well kitted out. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase and on the first floor. It is HUGE and has a massive bathroom as well. All very clean on arrival and felt very welcoming.

The villa is about a 5 min walk to get newspapers/provisions etc. Although we hired some bikes and whizzed around on these all week - great fun. The whole place is so flat that its really easy! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The walkway along the promenade (where you can also ride your bike) was brilliant and so clean. Lots of little bars/restaurants/shacks along the side of the promenade. Great swimming from here.

This is a very Spanish area and loads of delicious tapas in most places we went into. Great restaurants and bars all within walking (or biking!) distance from the villa. Pretty cheap too. Spanish very friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing and chilled out holiday. Will definetely be back.

This new property Villa Las Sirenas became available for purchase and is 3 doors away from our other villa, Villa Val. The property is the same design and is now fully restored t is now available for rental and we would like to rent this to our customers in high season when we are unable to be there.

Activity and Interests


The Villa is situated a distance of 10 - 15 mins walking to Mar Menor Lagoon with tapas bars and sailing facilities e.g boating and ferries to La Manga. Extensive promenade.


The villa situated 10 mins driving time from San Javier Airport with taxi and hire car facilities.


The villa is 10 mins walking to all bar/restaurants areas.

Further Details:

There are local produce markets through out the area during the week.
