Why Oriol chose Gran Canaria

Why is it so good location?.

The reason is because it is very close to places of interest and communications centres and yet is in a quiet street with little traffic.

1) Playa de Las Canteras, is about three kilometres of sand. It's a nice place for swimming, but also for long walks, listening to music on Fridays and Saturdays on the terraces, have a beer with a newspaper. Look at a map of the area how close it is.

2) The pier and its commercial centre is also within walking distance where you can go to the movies, shopping at their stores, see the harbour bay.

3) Very near supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops and restaurants

4) The property is very quiet, for the condition of attic, by the structural characteristics and the tranquillity of your street. And it can rest at any time

The apartment is centrally located with lots things to do in the vicinity. Clean apartment with two bathrooms and a decently sized living-room/kitchen. I would stay here again!

Modern Purpose Built Centrally Situated Apartment

We spent fourteen nights in this very comfortable accommodation in September 2015. It is very conveniently situated being ten minutes maximum from a long sandy beach and also benefits from all the convenience of a large modern branch of El Cortes De Ingles, the well known Spanish department store nearby. There are also many restaurants, small supermarkets and banks in the near vicinity. The property itself is clean and quiet and the flat has its own internet connection with good wi-fi access. The owner was accessible when needed and provided a very friendly customer service. We would definitely recommend this property in particular and Las Palmas and its residents in general for an enjoyable holiday. The area combines the benefits of a sandy beach resort with the conveniences of a modern small city. The local bus network is extensive and nicely priced. Overall we had an economical, relaxing and varied break and would be happy to return soon.

Fantastic Penthouse in a Great Central Location

On arrival the owner was waiting for us to sign contract, pay him and hand over the keys. The communication beforehand with him was excellent and the Apartment was exactly as described, Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with air conditioning and very new. Free Wifi and all the commodities of a family home. Oriol the owner was very helpful with all enquiries and the beach is only a few minutes walk. There are restaurants and shopping centres all around which is very convenient indeed. I would definitely recommend apartment for couples and family alike. My family had a wonderful time in Las Palmas and would love to stay in this lovely apartment when we come back again.

Great Location and Apartment

A nice well appointed apartment. Well maintained and clean exactly as described. Everything is provided for your stay, a credit to the owner who is very helpful. We hired a car but everything is within walking distance of the apartment. We ate out every day with a good selection of resturants that were very reasonable. The beach is lovely and it is only a short walk, you can hire sun loungers and parasols and relax on the sand. There are plenty of shops all within walking distance. There are lovely walks along the beach. We liked the tranquillity of the apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great Location to local attractions

The apartment is well furnished and located within walking distance of the beaches, food shopping, fine restaurants, large Corte el Ingles department store, many quality shops and large bus depot to get to many interesting sites around Gran Canaria.

Google search is enough to find quickly many leisure activities to do, being in a central location.

You can go to the cinema walking in the "Centro Comercial El Muelle", or shopping. The walk to the beach. Along the beach there are many places to teach surfing, many dance schools, etc.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a five minute walk.

Travel:

No car needed for daily living, as everything is at hand. Only for trips around the island.

The airport is 35km, and the port at less than 1 km. From the Harbour ferries linking outputs to other islands
