Ground Floor apartment in the award winning Playa 3 complex in Pueblo Patricia, Los Alcazares. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to all the local amenities, restaurants, bars, shops, including the beaches of the Mar Menor. The apartment is also ideally based for golfing holidays with many course near by. These beaches are all blue flag award winning and are excellent for children and adults alike. The apartment has a traditional feel and has been finished to a high standard with everything required. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, including air conditioning. The apartment's kitchen door leads onto the south facing sun patio with electronic canopy, excellent for outdoor eating with easy access to the swimming pool area including children's pool. The apartment has wi-fi and provides everything you need for holidays in the sun.

We live in Cardiff and have 2 children and a granddaughter. It has always been our dream to own a property in Spain. My husband and I both work full time and enjoy nothing more than escaping to Spain at least 3 times a year. When we are not in Spain we love to share our spanish home with other families.

Prior to being lucky enough to own this apartment we spent 5 years renting it, spending our family summer holidays in Los Alcazares. We feel this apartment is in the best location on Playa 3 with both front and rear entrances and terraces. Los Alcazares is typically Spanish and feels safe. The people are extremely friendly and you cannot help but relax in the laid back atmosphere. We love the fact you can be in your apartment within 10 minutes of landing.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in the perfect location on playa 3 and for all amenities airport, beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and golf.We love the fact you don't need a car,it's a pleasure to walk to the shops. The pool area is only steps away from the terrace.The beach bars are a great place to watch the world go by.

Just excellent cannot be faulted

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and once again it cannot be faulted. It is an ideal position for everything in and around Los Alcazares. The apartment is modern, clean and with everything you need. Previous guests leave little things that are so handy to have so you don't have to go out and buy everything for your stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Home from home in the sunshine

The owners are very very helpful and easy to deal with, the property is in a really good location and is very well equipped. We had a wonderful holiday and would stay here again in the future.

The town of Los Alcazares is fantastic, the promenade walk is gorgeous and goes on for ever. The other towns on the Mar Menor coast are all well worth a visit, there are plenty of places to eat, enjoy a drink or just watch the world go by.

The shopping center up in La Zenia is top quality, if you don't find it there it probably doesn't exist.

We explored the Murcia Region by car and loved it.

Well located for shops bars and restaurants ,taxis

No problems plenty of linen China silverware spacious for use the highlight was a pleasent garden which we made good use of all was as expected the owners were concerned for our welfare .

Superb Apartment

Superb apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and homely this apartment provides everything you need to have a fantastic self catering holiday.

Supermarket in walking distance and so cheap with huge variety.

You don't need a car so you can just relax enjoy and chill out.

This comes with a shared pool.

We will definitely return and recommend this Apartment as it is first class.

Great apartment close to everything you need

This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in since visiting Los Alcazares for the last 6 years. The apartment was very clean and modern with all you need to have a great time in this location. We were so happy we didn't have to go out and buy the essentials as soon as we arrived as there were lots of things left by previous occupants that you would have to buy just to do some basic cooking if you didn't want to go out every night. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Los Alcazares, but suggest you get on and book it as previous guests all want to book again and next year is looking full already.

We feel this apartment is in the best location on Playa 3 with both front and rear entrances and terraces. Los Alcazares is typically Spanish and feels safe. The people are extremely friendly and you cannot help but relax in the laid back atmosphere. We love the fact you can be in your apartment within 10 minutes of landing.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : at 5 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 100 Metres Nearest Restaurant : at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : at 600 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

5-7 mins walk away is a 7km long promenade with an uncrowded sandy beach, beach cafes (Chiringuitos) and play areas.

Travel:

The apartment is less than a 10 mins drive from Murcia (San Javier) Airport, which is served by a number of low cost carriers from all over the UK and Europe, while Alicante Airport is a 50 mins drive. Although a car is not essential, it can be useful for touring and exploring the Costa Calida area, with its picturesque towns and cities such as the capital Murcia, the historic towns of Cartagena and Lorca, and the holy city of Caravaca de la Cruz. Car and bike hire can be booked locally.

Distances:

The historical town of Cartagena is a 15 min drive away and Murcia 30 mins. Both of these can be reached by an efficient local bus service, as can Alicante an hour away.

Further Details:

Los Alcazares still maintains its Spanish traditions with many Fiestas taking place. The largest being in October when the whole town takes part.

There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum and El Arbol) and banks all within 2 minutes walking distance. Local restaurants offer a variety of food, from typically Spanish to Mexican, Chinese and Indian, together with several English restaurants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, the market takes place on Tuesday and Saturdays.
