Luxurious ought after four story Monte Claro townhouse with cool marble flooring throughout. Centrally situated. The property includes 5 bedrooms, two large bathrooms and three private sun terraces and a small garden with TV/Sky/DVD/wireless internet access, air conditioning and a white modern kitchen with black granite worktops with all mod cons. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard. It is opposite the main shops which run up to Los Olivos and a few minutes from the Par 47 golf pitch and putt, tennis centre and numerous restaurants. Also nearby are the banks, many clothes boutiques, supermarket and pharmacy.

About the Owner

We are married with two children, two dogs and a cat! We have owned Los Olivos 16C for 18 months now having owned (and still owning) Los Olivos 3P for over 6 years and have turned both into modern apartments, putting in a new kitchen and completely revamping the living/dining areas in 16C and putting in new bathrooms in 2015.For 3P a new kitchen, dining chairs,bedding, curtains and a new ensuite bathroom were added in Jan 14. Our house in Monte Claro down the road from Los Olivos -on four stories with 5 bedrooms and 3 sun decks -gives lots of outdoor space.It has marble floors throughout - super luxurious.The pool in MC is for the 15 residents and you can watch the children from the terrace! We holiday here twice a year and extended family stay in both apartments .We love the food, facilities,space and tranquility.

Beautiful villa

Spent 4 nights here in June. The villa is lovely, feels like a home rather than a holiday let. Exceptionally well equipped, very comfortable. Great outside eating area with gas barbecue. Nice private garden and only a few yards from the pool. Jane was very helpful in arranging the booking and making sure everything was ok.

We love La Manga as it really offers something for everyone. The golf and tennis facilities are world famous. The choice of restaurants are unrivalled and you really can get everything you need on site.Each night you can wither venture out to eat or bar-b-q on your terrace! Local features include Cabos' great Sunday market and there are malls within an easy drive for the more committed shoppers. The La Manga beach is a jewel and great for snorkelling and you can find white sand and black sand beaches nearby the resort should you wish to venture further afield. The kids love it here and so do we. Its a home from home.

Nearest Airport : Murcia San Javier at 40 Kilometres Nearest Beach : La Cala, La Manga Club at 3 Kilometres Car: recommended

This resort offers many leisure option including golf at its 18 hole championship courses, crazy golf, mountain biking, tennis course including world class coaching at the tennis academy,squash, jogging and walking routes and a health spa with a huge number of treatments and yoga and other classes/facilities on offer.

Coast/Beach:

La Manga has its own private beach at La Cala at the resort which is less that a 5 minute drive from the house,It is beautiful. Alternatively the Mediterranean and Mar Mebor Sea are perfect for all watersports (sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing etc))-15 mins away by car. There are black or white sand beaches nearby. We like Calblanque.

Travel:

Murcia San Javier is 20 mins drive away.

Alicante is approx. 1 hr drive

Distances:

La Manga has all the facilities and amenities that you need for a perfect holiday. However if you are here for a linger stay or simply lijke exploring there are places of interest to visit. Los Belones is 8 mins away with its restaurants. Other notable places of interest are Cartegena with its 2000 years of history-some 20kms away-with its Roman ruins, temple and history. Also has a great shopping mall.

Murcia, the regional capital has a cathedral bars and shopping only 45 mins away

Further Details:

El Arbor -the main supermarket at La Manga is across the road from the house. Nearby restaurants include-La Bodega- a typical Spanish bodega with local wines and specialities and tapas:Uncle Sams-all American style;Si restaurant and bar offers evening children's entertainment whilst you eat-bouncy castle/football/kids sumo wrestling. Andale-Mexican:Asia-Asian cuisine:La Cala is nestled at a rocky outcrop over the private beach of the same name.

Luigis is the finest Italiano on the resort!

Keys are collected from our management company-Resort Homes Management on Calle Attamaria -2 min drive away. They can arrange secure key access should your arrival be out of hours via a secure drop box,Credit card details will be taken if you want to rent the x box games and for damages.

Los Olivos and Monte Claro are undisputedly the best in the La Manga resort. The planting around both is stunning.Monte Claro only has a community of 15 houses and last year the residents spent €10,000 in replanting and turfing the area outside their back terraces which lead down to the pool.The result is a lush oasis..Its is on a side road from the main road with the kids club, El Arbor supermarket, cycle hire and 7 of the main restaurants in the resort.Par 47 the fabulous pitch and putt is up the road with the tennis club. 150 DVDs in the property keep everyone entertained and wifi is provided!We put in a new bedroom and ensuite in the basement in 2014 together with a games room with a pool table!
