Holiday cottage in Crowlas close to village shop and local pub, nr. St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Penzance, Cornwall

Cuckoo cottage is a semi-detached traditional granite cob cottage that faces south with a small cottage garden, patio and parking. There are fields to the front and back extending up the Ludgvan Valley. A short walk up the lane gives a splendid view of Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount. The cottage is well equiped and comfortably furnished for four people. The sitting/dining room has an inglenook fireplace at one end and conventional coal fire at the other. A TV, DVD player and WiFi are provided. The kitchen is more modern with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, dryer, microwave and plenty of cupboards and worktops. The downstairs bathroom is spacious with bath and shower. There are two bedrooms, one double one twin. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage provides an ideal base for exploring West Cornwall’s beautiful coastline, fishing villages, sandy beaches; glorious gardens, ancient sites, art galleries and bird watching areas.
